Very simple rug pad. Comes from "Safavieh" on the label. Looks pretty thin, and I'm not sure it will extend the life of the rug. I agree with a previous reviewer that it may be unnecessary, as the 8 x 11 rug was not moving or slipping at all even before i put the pad under. seems to be a reasonable price for what i received

The rug pad is very easy to cut if you need to trim it to fit under a carpet that is smaller. You can cut into any size and shape - all you need is a pair of sciissors. I would recommend that if it is exactly the same size as the carpet, you may want to trim it about 1" less so that the edge dosen't show under the carpet and it still does the job. It does say non-slip, therfore when you put it down, it will not move easily. If you need to adjust it, it would be easier to have two people. I did it alone and had to lift it a little and then pull but not too hard. This is the second time I bought this type of rug pad. The first time, I need it to go under three smaller rugs and it worked so well that I did not hesitate to buy one again.

This is a basic rug pad that does it's job of keeping rugs in place. It's by Safavieh and made in the USA. Packaging states "may not be suitable for use on vinyl, lacquered or acrylic surfaces". It has a slight odor when taken out of the package, but that goes away within a day. I had to trim the rug pad slightly to fit under my 8' x 11' rug, but it was a simple task and I'd rather have a rug pad that's too large than too small.

Rug pad same as described, just didn't arrive with the rug. Had to wait 3 days on it. Would suggest ordering ahead of rug.

Very basic, non-slip rug pad. You have to cut it slightly to size. Not fluffy. If you have a thick rug, it's perfect. If your rug is thin, you will want to go with a more fluffy pad underneath so that it will have more give when you walk on it.

The pad is quite thin, doesn't really have any cushion. I'm going to keep it, but I'm not thrilled with it. I thought the "Ultra" in the title would refer to a bit of padding, but it does not.

There's nothing exciting about a rug pad and this one's no different. It does, however, do the trick, well and provides protection for the floor. I have it on a hardwood floor and it grips the rug and protects my wood. All in all a necessary, if unexciting, purchase.

Light, easy to place in the room, easy to trim down to correct size. Working like a charm so far. I though the price was a little much at first, but they make the rug more comfortable as well as keep it in place. Id be totally content if they came in slightly more tailored sizes, though I understand they run a little large on purpose...

The pad arrived quickly and in proper shape. We had to trim it to fit the rug we purchased at Overstock and it's been holding the rug down on the hardwood floor without any issues. We're happy with the purchase of the pad and the rug looks GREAT in our living room.

Can't beat it for the price and having a rug that stays put (and has a little extra cushion) is worth the money. I forgot to order it with our rug and ordered it two days later; incredibly, it arrived THE NEXT DAY while our rug took another three.

This product works great! We have stained concrete floors and my husband would kick up (slide) our area rug to where there was a large roll in it. No matter how many times I would stretch it back into place, this roll/crease would still appear. Since I put down the rug pad we have not had a problem with our rug slipping-so no more creases! I am amazed! And the pad was so inexpensive!

You can't find a better price anywhere for these. They work well, great quality.

Great value,holds the rug in place very well. Had to cut it a little to make it the size of the rug I purchased and I used the left over to put under a small runner. This product is a must a for any area rug weather placed on hardwood flooring or an existing carpet.

This is a decent rug pad and of correct dimensions.

I bought this pad to use under a rug I also bought from overstock. happy with my purchase so far. It was very easy to put in place and sizing/cutting was so easy to match the rug size.
