I purchased two of these to go under rugs that have piles between 1/2 and 3/4 inches. They lie on a hardwood floor and a brick floor and work beautifully. I like the open-weave which makes me feel that air can circulate better.

Bought this for an area rug also purchased here on Overstock. This fits just right underneath the rug and keeps it from slipping. It also gives the rug just a little extra height, which makes it look like a better quality and thickness.

Didn't keep the rug from moving.... At all. Would not recommend.

I ordered round one and rectangular one.... easy to cut to fit carpet.... however, the one that I used on tile floor with carpet seems to hold just fine.... but the one I used in bedroom for under a throw carpet doesn't hold it in place at all... carpet continually moves over it.... thought it would hold it in place as the description suggests.

It gets the job done. I purchased this rug pad to be underneath a substantial rug that I purchased on Overstock.com. It's doing the intended job. It's protecting the floor and adding just a little bit of extra cushioning for a rug that has a substantial pile. It basically keeps the rug in place. You could do better for more money, but at its price it's an excellent value.

This is super thin. I was looking for something that helps provide a little cushion as well. This is solely for grip, there's very little to it.

I had problems with a large are rug with kid and pets running aound the house, now that is over this keeps it in place, its also safe, preventing a fall went rugs are on tiles and wood floor.

this light weight and easy to cut pad works great on the two accent rugs we bought from overstock. Good value

This is hard to rate because it does what it is designed to do - keeps my rug from slipping. It would be best used under a light weight rug that doesn't need a lot of grip as this rug pad is more on the flimsy side. If you are looking for added cushion beneath your rug, look elsewhere; however, if you want a basic pad that will prevent you from skidding on your rug (and you feel the price is right), then this rug might do the trick for you. For the quality, I believe I could find similar cheaper, but Overstock's great shipping program can't be beat.

Grips well to my wooden floor and carpet. Might have to cut to size was uneven under my rug. No biggie, after the adjustment it works well.

These Non-slip rug pads fit perfectly under my Oriental carpets and prevent them from slipping when my grandkids try to jump from one to the other playing a little game.
