I bought this for my kitchen indoor/outdoor rug which was also from overstock. It works well as it does not let the rug shift at all. It was a fair buy because of the cheap shipping and no tax. The stores sell the same merchandise at the same price but you have to pay sales tax.
Bought this pad to go under a 12' runner in my hallway. I was able to cut it in half easily so it would fit under the runner. Keeps the rug in place well without slipping.
