The installation was straight forward. The hardware is high quality. The water is delicious. I am very pleased with the water filter.
We've had this water filter installed and have been using it for over three months and all is well. I can't attest to installation, our plumber did it, but it is installed in the basement *under* the kitchen to allow for filter changes. The faucet is cute and the handle makes it easy to use. We also haven't had to replace the filters yet, but it looks to be difficult. My other anxiety is that the company will phase this out and we won't be able to buy replacement filters in years to come.

The filter was easy to install, it took my husband only a couple of hours and works great. It installs under the counter so it looks great too. I love the taste of the water. I let the water run a little to make sure it was clean. I am so pleased with the service at overstock.com. I like to buy online and this company is fast and efficient. I have recommended it to others.

Installing the unit wasn't too difficult only because I replaced another water filter and the hook ups were already there. I tried to use the instructions in the box, but it didn't really seem to match the product that I received. I had to figure it out myself. Also was hard to see which filters I needed to get to replace the filters in the booklet they sent. Had to go to the manufacturer's website and email them to get the info about replacement filters.

I was looking for a simple system that is compact enough to fit under my sink but yet did a great job in filtering the drinking water for my family. After a few days of searching the internet and looking at many different systems, I decided to give this one a try. The system is NSF certified so I knew I was purchasing a high quality product. The system arrived just a few days after placing my order. The installation was very easy and took less than 30 minutes and we were up and running! We noticed the different taste from the first glass of water. The water now tastes great and we are very happy with our choice. This one definitely deserves all 5 stars!!!
