This light is not actually compltely flush to the ceiling. It is meant to be a light kit for a ceiling fan. The color is not as depicted at all. The glass is amber rather than white.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The glass is actually amber, not white, as it appears. The metal appears antque brass, but is coppery.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is OK
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Not accurate. This is actually a ceiling fan light kit. The has a pull chain on the side.

Beautiful But Must Be Used with Ceiling Fan
Ordered this as a gift for my parents in conjunction with a remodel of the sitting area of their bedroom. The fixture arrived in record time and perfect condition. The only problem is that this is designed to be used with a ceiling fan and that is not called out anywhere in the description nor does the photo show the portion for wiring etc. I had hoped I could upload the picture and instruction for others to see but that is not an option. I contact Customer Service directly in hopes they will update the description. Unfortunately we will need to return this.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I purchased this as new lighting for the entrance to my linen closet. I am in the midst of a bathroom remodel and needed and upscale, low profile light for this area. It is beautiful. It has not been installed yet, so I can't review function. I know I could have spent more had I purchased this at a retail store.
