This is a great roasting pan, it will easily fit a 23 or 24lb turkey or roast with no problem. It is sturdy yet light and the lid that can also be a smaller roaster will be perfect this winter. Another fabulous buy from Overstock. I have yet to be disappointed by the service or products. I always receive my orders within 7 days of ordering and that includes Holiday orders as well. Wonderful! Excellent buy. Exceptional quality. Cooked 24 lb. turkey with no problem. Top lid is excellent for almost anything you want to cook..baked chicken, lasagna, casseroles, roast, brisket, ham etc. The roasting rack is full size...fits the pan perfectly. You will never have to mess with the foil baking pans, again. Very versatile roaster. Easy cleanup, too. Always looks like new. I wouldn't want to be without it.

I love this pan; I have cooked large quantites of food such as turkey, roasts and I also use it on top of the stove for sauce and stews.

I have given this as a wedding gift the last two time I needed one. It is a Big Hit!! I have had mine for 25 years and it is my favorite and most versital kitchen pans. It doesn't matter if your having a Formal Thanksgiving Dinner or BBQ in the back yard, You Will Love this set!!

After reading other customers' reviews. I decided to ordered it. Well, I'm very pleased with the price. But I also noticed that the roaster( or pan) is not made of high quality stainless steel( definitely not the standard 18-8 stainless steel ), That means it will rust easier than the standard 18-8 stainless steel.

I am surprised that the bottom section of the roaster is lighter, more flimsy, than the lid section. The first time I used the roaster, I cooked a large turkey and it was easy to handle when removing from the oven; not flimsy. The cooked turkey left three impressions on the lid and bottom sections. I washed the roaster with gentle dish soap and towel dried, but the impressions remained; so I scrubbed the area with a Teflon pad, but the impressions remained. I am surprised that a stainless steel roaster would leave cooking marks. I applied a few drops of oil olive to brush up the luster of the roaster--yet, you still see the impressions/ marks.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she is absolutely thrilled with it. She said that the quality is like what they use on the cooking shows on TV! She said that it is so nice that it will be passed down for many generations! Well worth the price!

I was happy with the roasters. They are large enough for a chicken or turkey. They both have some depth. Bottom line, its a great value!

Wow! I bought this as an xmas gift, but now want to buy another for myself! Although not in the description, also included is a removable roasting rack! This is actually two roasting pans: the shallow one is perfect for a roast - even a BIG roast, and you could easily put a HUGE turkey in the deeper one. I am so pleased - this is an EXCELLENT bargain!

i have had this now for a number of years and it looks (nearly) new and i use it frequently even cooking a stew in the over comes out perfect and is easy to clean up I shopped around for a while before finding this one i knew what i wanted and i couldn't pay a fortune for it and Overstock came out on top I am an old fashioned cook i learned from Julia Childs every saturday afternoon and there are just pieces of equipment that no substitute can perform the duty This is a real find PEACE and GRACE LOVE WON m

I have not had an opportunity to use this yet since it arrived after Thanksgiving. When ordered, I thought it would arrive in time to roast turkey for Thanksgiving.

This Thanksgiving I Cooked a 16lb turkey with the roaster it was perfect. I cook it for 4 hrs at 325 I rub vegatable oil on the bird, and let it cook.Then the last hour I took the lid off it was golden brown when it was done. This was my first time cooking with an roaster I was very happy with it and the clean up was EASY! What ever your cooking level is this is perfect for you. No one could mess this up.

First, this unit is huge! It will definitely take care of roasters, chickens, vegetables and loads of other large portioned meals. Sturdy, cooks evenly and cuts your time in half with the size, can put many chicken pieces and finish meals way ahead leaving you time for other things, would recommend very highly....

It was a Christmas gift for my wife. She had been looking at roasting pans for months. When I finally went Christmas shopping I was shocked at the $140 Cephalon (probably spelled wrong) price tag. This roaster is a nice large size and the top is deep enough to use for cooking as well. It's a little lighter than expected but I don't think that will effect performance. For the money it was a great purchase.

I used this product on Christmas Day and was very impressed. I'd needed a roaster for a while, but I'm glad I waited to find just the right one. I would definitely recommend this item to my friends and family. It saved me from using those flimsy aluminum roasting pans and freed up lots of room in the oven! Thank you.

My daughter states she is very happy with the roaster. It roasts well, the interior rack makes it easy to remove roasted item and drain pan. I thought it was attractive and I liked the fact that the cover gave one another pan. It appeared very east to clean.

I have been looking for a great looking & cooking roasting pan to replace the disposable ones I have used in years past. It has been great cooking with the pan & the clean-up has been very easy

I received this in a timely fashion and have used it several times and it is great. I love the fact that I can roast my meat and vegetables at the same time, every cook needs one

Has a good appearance but is thin. I used it only once with good results but If you are a frequent roaster user it probably will NOT be adequate - spend more money and get something heavier that will last!
