Great light for the price! Pretty bright and very convenient. Perfect for my husband, who needed a light to use in the backyard! We wanted something that was chargeable and bright, and this one definitely does the trick. We are happy with the purchase.

Great flashlight. Has a long viewing distance. Not sure how long the battery charge lasts, but very pleased with this purchase.

I was greatly disappointed with this product that was made in China. I owned a 2 million candle power light previously, and this lantern is about 25% as strong as that. If you want a very expensive flashlight, this is fine, but if you want a 2 million candle power light, don't buy this.

I got this light to help me do deliveries at night. this light has essentially 4 lights built into it This light has 2 switches on it . The one on the handle controls the low and high beam light. flicking the switch down on the handle activates the low beam light which acts like a basic 4 D flashlight. the low beam is great for close quarters. Flicking the switch on the handle up activates the high beam which is great for finding objects in the distance. You can go down a street with no lights on it and find houses with ease. Most houses in Indianapolis have the numbers on the mail boxes and the high beam is great for finding those houses. The light also has a compass which is accurate. My headlights went out at the same time and I used the lantern to get my vehicle to an auto parts store. The 2nd switch is located on the bottom of the light next to the charging port. This switch when you slide it down activates the flouresent light which is great for close quarters work. The car charger is great and I use it to charge the light when I am on the road.

Our old B&D Spotlighter gave up so while looking for a replacement rechargeable I ran across this light. After reading the reviews I took a chance and so far it's been a good purchase. The only reason it isn't getting a 5 star rating from me is the lack of a full charge indicator. You have to guess whether it's fully charged or not without over charging it. Even with that minor issue I recommend this product.

The best part about this light is that it is rechargeable. It has a small florescent bulb that would work to illuminate a tent and an even smaller light that would help locate it. Then, when you turn on the spotlight, you get lots of light. Don't try to test it while the charger is plugged in, it will not work till the charger is unplugged.

I was really surprised at the strength of this spotlight. I live on the coast and we had a tropical storm last night that knocked out the power so this came in quite handy. Lit up the room. May buy more to give to my neighbors. Arrived quickly and doesn't require batteries.

Really beams a strong light. Plan to give it to my fisherman brother. Compact and light, but seems very durable. Of course I just got it, so it has not yet stood the test of time, but I am very pleased with this purchase.

Opened the box, charged the light, and turned it on. Works great!

WOW! We get frequent electrical blackouts in our area, so I am usually on the Lookout for a Quality & Powerful Flashlight. This one is larger than I expected; however, what I did NOT expect & am MOST impressed with is: It can be re-charged by 2 Methods. (1) Electrical Outlets; and (2) One's cigarette holder in one's car! How very clever! In case of a blackout, if one can get to one's car via other smaller flashlights, one CAN re-charge this in one's car! No need for replacement of the bulky & expensive D size batteries. We approach the Fall & Winter Season, with greater confidence thanks to this Flashlight. After the other 2 we ordered, for which we are still waiting, we may order another 1 or 2. What more can we say, other than ....THANK YOU!

This has compass, and everything else on it on top of being able to charge it. Best investment purchase ever.

Someone mentioned in their review that this lantern is no brighter than a flashlight. Wrong.There is a double switch and, yes, one position is about as bright as a good flashlight with three or four batteries, but the other position turns on a light that allows me to see across a twelve-acre meadow like it was daylight. Great price, great light. Love it.

Easy to use , compact and gives off a strong beam

Gave to my husband for Christmas. We live in a rural area with lots of critters lurking about at night. He used it the first night! It's easy to handle and very light - good for prolonged use.The light is powerful, not sure if the beam goes up to 1 mile, but it certainly went far. He also liked the rechargeable feature AND we can take it camping for its lantern function!Nice product.

unit a bit larger than expected, but everything is excellent...plus pays for itself, lantern batteries cost @ $10.00 for units that are not nearly as good

HAVE ONLY HAD FOR A COUPLE WKS BUT SEEMS TO BE HOLDING THE CHARGE AND LASTING LONGER
