I ordered sofa and chair size slipcovers to cover an old set. They arrived on time and in good condition. When I opened the packages I noticed that the sofa was a slightly grey-green, while the chair was slightly grey-blue. Not a huge disparity, but enough to notice. I was hoping for more of a true, neutral grey, but these definitely have a color to them.The sofa cover fits nicely, and does need to be retucked around the seat cushions after almost every use, but in all honesty, what slipcover doesnt! The chair cover is a bit too small for the wide, rounded arms of my chair. They did not take long to put on, but it was very clear early on that certain parts just wouldn't fit properly so I didn't labor very long.The fabric is great and probably my main reason for not returning the items. Very sturdy, but soft. Nice ties in the back (though I did not need them with my size furniture), and covered clips in the front to secure the side to the front panel. Overall very good construction.
These slipcovers were great until we washed them. It clearly states that you may wash and dry these slipcovers. This is why we bought these particular slipcover because they said machine washable, and with 2 large dogs, who think this is their kingdom, we needed to be able to throw them in the washer!!! First and only wash they SHRUNK and not just a little bit. Not that they are too expensive but still if they say they can be washed then you should be able to wash and dry them!!!!
