This matress doesn't feel like it has any coils. It is so light weight that I can bend it in half!! It is large and thick...maybe even thicker than recommended. it bowed a little when I put the sheet on and I had trouble getting it in the crib. I like the $50 crib matress I bought for my first child much more and that is the one I will be using fo this baby too. I thought I would get a lot more for my money (especially since this is supposed to be a $130 matress)!

Good quality mattress. It has a plastic cover, I didn't catch that when reading the description. You probaby wouldn't have to get mattress protectors with this one. Very lightweight-makes it easy to change sheets. The only disadvantage is the plastic cover makes a noise when you put you child to bed-sometimes wakes up my little one.

I bought this crib because it is the same crib my daughter bought for her new baby, and it looks great, beautiful and priced just right. Very sturdy wood, looks expensive, and meets all the new standards. thanks overstock

The Mattress was of good quality and would reccommend this product to someone else. It was a good price and perfect for our crib.
