We have enjoyed a number of items of wonderful quality from Overstock. Unfortunately, we are returning this item. The clear portion of the glass has seams that are apparent and awkward. The metal arms are hollow and painted with a bronze pewter sort of paint that is not attractive. The ceiling canopy is cheap and painted in the same manner. The knob at the bottom is a brushed stainless that doesn't work well with the painted metal. This is our first return to Overstock...although this item was disappointing...the return was easy to process and customer service was great...we do recommend Overstock as a resource for wonderful purchases!
