I should have bought these shades years ago. My wife kept buying thoes paper shade that she would trow out when they needed cleaning. I would have saved plenty of cash had we bought these shades first. The only thing that must be said is that these shades are transparent. If you want to have total privacy you must install a pull down shade under, or install material to the underside.

i purchased 2 of these for a couple of small window on the sunrise side of my house. we hung them above the window. they look great. funky and very natural. they filter the morning light in a very soft and pretty way. saw these on other websites for 4 to 5 times the price of these. another great overstock buy.

I had purchased other roman shades for another room of my house at a local store and was very happy with them but when I went to purchase more for another room, they were discontinued. So, I reluctantly purchased these, sight unseen, and could not be more happy. They are better made, easier to clean, simply beautiful and they COST LESS!! I might have to put them in every room! They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

These blinds are a great value for the price. They are true to the color shown and were so easy to install. They are just the look I wanted for our 6 windows in our family room - they add texture and interest, yet have clean, simple lines. Would definitely recommend them to others. (Also, they arrived in 2 days!)

We did the inside mount and they look great. The header sits flush with the wall and then blinds also go up and down easily. You can see some light through which was what we were looking for. Not for total privacy but will cut the sun at needed times of day for us.

I really liked these shades, but they were too short (which was my fault). I had to order longer ones, and I couldn't return these.

Looks really beautiful, however, the light shines in at night as if nothing were there. Would I recommend this product to a friend? I wish there was a "maybe". If they wanted pretty, yes. If they wanted to sleep in the dark, no.

This was perfect and exactly what I needed. It arrived quickly and packaging very good.

I purchased 3 shades, they were exactly as described. Order a little undersized though. My 34" blinds were precise and that left little, if any, room for inside mount.(on my 34" window opening) I am returning them for a smaller size. Nice product, fast service, easy return. thanks!

This is a great little window shade, but be advised that the pull string is not exactly on the side as pictured on the website. It's more like 1/3 of the way in the middle. But, I found that to be no big deal. For the price, it's an excellent buy and fits my window perfectly. It offers plenty of privacy when closed for me. I would recommend this product.

I'm very happy with this shade. It replaced a cloth roman shade that I had in my bathroom. It's not great for privacy, especially if you have a lot of traffic by your window, but I put it in an upstairs bath where it would be very hard to see through. It lets in some light and I was able to inside mount it in my window. Good quality, no defects. I'm glad I bought this shade.

I ordered these in 24's & 34's for my basement windows, they look perfect, they were easy to install once we figured it out! I am going to order more for my kitchen. Very good quality for the price!

The blinds are fairly easy to install. They look nice on my window, but if you're looking for privacy , these are not the right blinds for you. I use them on my half-bath window which is far up so I am not concerned about privacy. To me they look much more closed in the picture than they really are. They have alot of gaps that leaves in a lot of light. I think they are ok for the price.

These blinds are great. They provide a fair amount of privacy, but not completely. So beware if that's what you are looking for. But they have nice color variation which adds to their texture. Great buy for the price.

These shades are very good quality and were very easy to hang. I failed to notice there were no darkening shades behind them but once I added those it made the bedroom perfect. I would recommend these to anyone looking for bamboo shades.

Love these shades. This is my second order. So easy to install and they look wonderful. I would order again and recommended them to my daughter who has also ordered these.

This is a great shade to upgrade to if you have been dealing with plastic miniblinds. Just be aware they are light filtering and do not block much at night if you have nearby neighbors. (Looks good from the inside, but looking in from the outside at night only- not much coverage. You could easily add a liner if needed)They can be shortened with a pair of scissors and a hot glue gun. I have not had a problem with width and while a half inch size may have been better, I just have sized 1 inch down and they still look custom. I have 5 of these now and have ordered them at different times. They are mostly uniform in color but keep in mind they are natural so there is subtle color variation. I would suggest if you had a wall were they would be side by side, order them all at once, but the difference is not noticeable on an adjacent wall. I have grey painted walls and white trim with natural hickory flooring. These look fabulous against it.
