This is POLYURETHANE covered, not "patent leather"
For those who gave this product rave reviews: Turn it upside down. Look at the label. It clearly states that the COVERING is polyurethane. Have we, as consumers, become so complacent that we will accept such false advertising without a bit of protest?
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? the color is on a polyurethane surface, not a leather surface
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. False advertising, which trumps all other aspects of the product.

cute!
Bought this for my closet so I had a place to put shoes on and its perfect. I'm short and this is the perfect height. the quality of the craftsmanship is excellent and i love that it's a little storage bin too. The top lifts up on a nice hydrologic arm. Shipped complete so there is no assembly required. the color is true to the photograph, a medium seafoam green. Pretty!

Loved these ottomans
I ordered two of these ottomans for a room in a beach house. They are perfect. The size was just right (it's small) for the compact chairs I wanted to complement and the color was perfect. They seemed pretty sturdy and the storage compartment is a nice bonus. I would highly recommend them.

Very cute & well made
I bought 2 of these to go at the end of my bed. They are a little shorter than I expected so I am rethinking their position in my room. The color is exactly the same as in the picture. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Very nice!
This may be the nicest thing I have ever received from Overstock. In the past, I have ordered several items that arrived with damage or missing parts (which were ultimately resolved by Overstock), but this was so well packed and arrived in pristine condition. They are small, but beautiful. Appear high quality. I'm very happy!

I am considering this ottoman but just want to respond to the polyurethane concern, polyurethane is typically used as finishing coating on patent leather, I don't know if it is real leather or not but polyurethane is what makes patent leather "patent".

green ottoman
Really like this ottoman. It was packaged very well. Seems to be very good quality. The ottoman is more green than blue.....but its a great color, like a "Tiffany" color. Glad I purchased!

Perfect fit for my small space.
Needed a small ottoman for a tight space. Great accent color. Liked it so much I bought a second one and found a square wooden tray that fits on top perfectly. Serves as a small coffee table as well as ottoman. Great small storage space for small toys or magazines!

Cute little ottoman
This is a very cute little ottoman. Great for a smaller size. I pulled it out of the box and it went with my decor perfectly. I had purchased a multicolored rug for my living room and this tied right into the colors of the rug. The little storage area is an added bonus for a small blanket or whatever you may want. I think I will have this around for a while.
