This is a beautiful piece that I just received today and couldn't wait to get it into my bedroom. It will accompany my brand new dark cherry sleigh bed set as a chest to go at the end of my bed. The leather is soft and simply georgeous! It is very sturdy and easy assembly. You will ove this piece and it's a good price for the leather and workmanship.

I rec'd my bench yesterday and I am so happy with it. I decided to get it because I recently bought a platform bed and did not like my hubby flopping down on the end of it to put on his socks. Sooooooooo I saw this bench, read the reviews and loved the price, and thought it would be perfect and it is! The quality is great! My only suggestion is to not flop down on it at the beginning because the cushion is a little stiff in the beginning, but I'm sure it'll soften with use.

Purchased bench based upon look and description. Also took heavily into consideration other ratings. Was as good as advertised, sturdy, nice color, appears to be well made, have received multiple comments about how nice it looks. The storage is ample. The bench itself is pretty firm so it's not like sitting in a cushy recliner but good enough to sit down for a few minutes and still be comfortable.Would recommend especially based on price and the fact I have not been able to find anything like this as any outlet here in Phoenix.

I just recieved this bench and it is fabulous. I bought it to put at the end of my bed. It looks great. The leather is so soft and it could not have been easier to put together. (4 screws that's it) It looks like a very high end piece of furniture. You will not be dissapointed with this purchase!!!

Hey..I've been looking for a bench to put at the foot of my bed for over 8 mos..... so was torn tween this one and the "manhattan bench" .... glad I chose this one ...it does have great reviews and now i see why...very strickingly handsome look, and stury and supple leather..i use it for extra seating and storage.. it's larger than I expected ... the hinges are a sturdy metal..Anyway it's worth the amount and "looks" more expensive....oh and it comes assembled ..just had to screw on wood leg stumps..takes less that 8 min..... gotta love that !!

This was out of stock for a while and I almost went with another storage bench - glad I waited. Beautiful rich brown color, simple to screw on feet, perfect fit at the end of my queen size bed. This was my first overstock purchase and I would not hesitate to buy again.

I've owned this for about 2.5 yrs now, it's one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my house. Leather quality is excellent. It's gotten a few slight scratches in the leather over time, it self-heals remarkably with leather cream, I can no longer find any of the scratches after an application or two with the cream. Heavy piece, good size storage inside and safe for kids to open. Worth every penny, I still have never seen anything comparable in any stores by me for the price and quality.

I actually have two of these, one in the living room under the window (for the dog & cat to sit on and watch the world go by) and one at the foot of our bed - also for the dog & cat to sleep on - gets them off of our bed!! I store table linens in the one downstairs, and bed linens in the one upstairs, they're great.

Having bought several other leather items from Overstock, I was not disappointed with this leather bench. The color is true to the internet photo and it is very sturdy. We also bought this leather ottoman because of the airborne allergies in our family (leather does not retain dust mites).

This is a BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture! I am extremely impressed with the quality, appearance and workmanship. It's exactly as pictured, but even more beautiful in person. Wonderful purchase at an awesome price!

I'm a huge comparison shopper. I searched local consignment stores and several websites to find a similar product for a lessor $. Impossible. This bench shipped very fast (less than 5 days) and arrived in excellent condition (no scratches/discolorations/etc). I was also pleased to see the ease of attaching the 4 wooden legs (so easy). No surprises. PS I found similar products available (less decorative) for $100+ everywhere else. Definitely worth the money, so glad that I bought before they ran out :)

The hinges are not necessary tools. They break and damage the inside lining. Maybe to change the metal to cloth might be a good idea. This is a heavy stuff could not be carried by one person. The delivery peson knocked the door, byt the time I reached my door and open it, which took 5 second between the knock and opening my door, I saw him running to his truck and took off. It would be nice to tell the delivey people to assist the customer, this is a heavy funiture not a small package. Also, what if I was not at home, would it this drop and run be exposing for burgler? about the furniture it is sturdy and the appearance is the same as it shows on line.

I had ordered a bench from a store just before seeing this one. The price of this bench was half that of the store bench and gave me storage too. Cancelled the store order and when I received this bench it was well packed. I could not be more pleased with it's construction and appearance. It looks like you spent a lot of money for it. I put the feet on and it was easy. The leather and tufts are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this piece.

Very easy to put on the legs and then it was all assembled. How easy can you get. Very good quality piece of furniture. We use it both as a bench and a storage unit for our throws. Thanks Overstock!!
