Sinking into this comfortable bonded leather recliner is the ultimate way to kick back at home. Under the pillowy cushions, it has a steel-enforced backrest and an Asian pine hardwood frame. It's a stylish brown that's easy to match other decor....more
this is ok if what you are looking for is a low cost chair for guests to use. Doesn't actually "recline" - more of a "backward tilt" so your feet are still lower than your body. If you are looking for a chair that actually LAYS BACK, don't get this one

Very pleased with this chair. It was easy to set up, very soft and comfortable and not too big. Fits perfectly in a small living room. The price was excellent and we even got free shipping on it. I had originally ordered a similar chair for the same price from another site and it wasn't even leather! I immediately cancelled the other chair and ordered this one. Very worth it. THe only downside is when you have the footrest extended, you have to be careful when you get up otherwise the chair tends to tip forward (has happened to my husband more than once). Just close the foot rest before you try to get up.

I bought this for my 73yo fil to put in his room so he can watch TV. It is not a large bedroom so we needed a small reclining chair that was not too bulky. When we received the chair, I was very pleased. Easy to put together and not that heavy and the price was great. We had looked at so many recliners and they were either too big or bulky and too costly. Very reasonable cost and perfect fit for the room and my fil!

First the good. Construcion is very good. It looks like it cost more than it does. The bad. Very uncomfortable for my 6'4'' frame. The seat is a bit to firm and uncomfortable. I bought 2 for my media room. Unfortunately I
I don't have the boxes or I would certainly pay the shipping and return them.
My husband and I bought this recliner to see what our cat would do to "leather" furniture if we bought it in the future (it did not bode well). The chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. I fit just fine in the recliner, but my husband who is 6'0", his feet hang over the end of the recliner when he has it put up. Overall though a very nice chair for the price
I needed a recliner for a small space; however, it is smaller than I expected. If you're tall or have a tall person that will be using this product, you may need a bigger chair. Overall the chair is very stylish, soft and comfortable.
As a person with more than 30 years associated with furniture manufacturing, I'm always looking for American made products. What is the country of origin for this recliner.vetvette on Jul 10, 2014Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question

I'm confuse about the different types of leather material, I want a leather living room set, I think I want all leather but I don't know. I see some ads about leather only where your skin touches, or bonded leather, I want a good leather set that I will have for a long time, can you help me to understand. Thanksterjhan on Jul 9, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Thank you for your question terjhan. Ok, here is the low down on leather, the condensed version. Leather is a soft, supple and extremely durable material and probably will
outlast other types of upholstery many times over. Leather breathes and keeps cool in summer and warm during winter months. Leather is beautiful! And there are many types of leather.
There are primarily 2 grades or cuts of leather:
Top-grain leather is the top layer of the hide. The top portion of the hide is approximately 3/64-inches thick and is the most premium grade of leather. Top-grain leather may be processed into full grain leather, which is not buffed or sanded and maintains all of the natural markings that were on the hide or corrected grain leather which is buffed and sanded to correct surface markings.
Split leather comes from the lower layer of the hide. It is then processed into suede, split or coated split leather. Coated split leather is stiffer and less durable than top grain and is often used to cover the portions of a sofa or chair that will not be seen and does not need to be as flexible as the top.
Please be aware that buying a chair, sofa or loveseat made from 100% leather is going to be very expensive. That is why we have the Aniline, Bonded and Nubuck leather, etc. These are still leather but processed differently. They are still very durable, long lasting and look nice, but they are more cost effective. I hope this helps. Have a great day.

The chair is delivered in two parts, the back portion and the base unit, including the arms. The back portion has plates on either side that slide down into a receiving mechanism and locks into place. No further assembly is required. overstockcustomercare1 on May 23, 2012
