Poor Parts
To start my customer was not happy with the finish of the tub, i explained it was a gelcoat finish but they didnt want to hear about it, the the drain and overflow hose they gave me was cracked, clearly not something that is certified, i had to run to homedepot and they didnt that that part cuasee of the length so i had to buy one at a local plumbing store that ended up costing me a full days work and about $200, i guess i got what i paid for, however i do love overstock their great with these issues so i'll take it up with them.

GREAT PURCHASE - LOVE
This bathtub is AWESOME!!! It has jets, a light up thing, and easily can fit two people. Looks very modern and high end, would purchase again no questions asked!

i am dissapointed about actual depth of tub. description said 42'' high. if i knew actual hight of tub was 32'' i would not have bought it. otherwise i am happy with the tub.

Nice tub
This tub arrived on a wooden skid, wrapped in plastic and in a cardoard box on a semi truck. They had to unload it onto our pickup as the semi truck could not get to our job site. I was a bit nervous when I arrived and found that my husband had received this and it was stored in the barn. It was in mint condition and all parts were secured and included. 5 mos later I just took my first bath in it and it is perfect. Lots of compliments on it. If you buy the faucet be sure and ck the size of the rim fittings and explain to your plumber that the pipes actually go with the tub. Mine was a bit clueless.
