  • Sturdy Cart, Terrible Assembly Instructions!

    The cart was purchased for my granddaughter but I had it delivered to my home first. The cart is large and sturdy which is exactly what we wanted and needed. However, the instructions to put the wheels on STINK!!! The small wheels were no problem, but the instructions are missing some information on the large wheel assembly or rather has slight misinformation written. My daughter found this youtube video that shows how to put both sets of wheels on. We we so happy to find it because the gentleman shows you what to do for the two sets of pins for the large wheels that the instructions misstate and leave out for installation. I don't know the gentleman who put up the video nor am I associated with him. I am just grateful that he shared on youtube.     Purchased this cart as a gift for my mother in MN. When it arrived she called and (after explaining what it was...hard to tell in the box) she told me that she was thrilled! Once she was able to get someone over to get it together for her (not difficult but not something she could figure out) she called again telling me over and over how great she thought it is. She lives in a condo with underground parking. When she would go to the grocery store it was a major production to get her items up to her place. Now she is keeping this near her door & in the car so she has it with her at all times. Very good quality, heavy duty, and she LOVES the red color. Once again Overstock comes through!

    The only complaint I had was the fact that the directions where useless and who ever wrote them did not have a good grasp on the English language. There where also missing pieces. Do to having it almost put together, I went to the store and purchased the missing pin's.

    This is a good, serviceable cart which I use to bring things from my garage to my 3rd floor condo. The only problem with it is that the front wheels don't turn, so you have to tip it back to steer. Otherwise, it it what I wanted.

    • If you are lucky enough to know a home sewing enthusist, or if you are one, then take a look at patterns for these liners. TThey can be found insode the big books of patterns, hey are usually under the "home decor" section or sometimes in the last section which is an asssortment of patterns for non-clothing items. Also shop for them on various sewing websites. Your liner can then be constructed in your choice or fabric, or better yet, one for dry weather, another for rain. I sew and this is my first cart of this shape, so I will be making one myself soon. Good luck!
