Best used for accent lighting
I bought these hoping to provide dusk to dawn lighting on a dark side of my house. I didn't want to get into wiring so these looked like an interesting option. Unfortunately the light provided is little more than accent lighting (although the description portrays them as bright). They only have 4 LEDs each and I put up two, so if you want some serious light for security, either get a wired light or a solar light with at least 30 LED's. One positive - they were pretty easy to mount. It looks like these lights are mass produced in China and sold through a number of different distributors, as the box nor the instructions identify the product as Tricod.

Very poor, u need allot of those to have a nice light on the back yeard.

Are they on?
These lights are terrible. You can see that the bulbs are on, but no light is emmited. I tried using two of these to light my drive at night. They provided absolutely no light at all. Don't waste your money.

This is a so called solar lighting device...however it doesnt light I bought two of them so it is definetly a manufacturing issue!

Decent
Brightness as expected for LED solar, however generally poor design in the mounting bracket made these unusable in my desiered location. Found a better item for lesser price at a local big box store.
