I ordered this set because I couldn't find a nice quality round table that didn't cost a fortune. It is a great value for the money. Nicely made, good quality , nice color and easy to put together - I did it myself before my husband got home. The table top is very heavy and durable. The top has a texture and design to it, it is not smooth like I assumed from the photos, but pretty none the less. I also ordered two additional chairs. This table will seat 6 comfortably, but I don't care for the 6 chairs around it when the table is not in use because they don't all fit under the table due to the base. If you are thinking about ordering, it is well worth the money.

Overall, I am very pleased with this table. I bought it as a kitchen table and I like the finish of the wood as it is tough and doesn't scratch easily...very important quality if you have kids. Assembly really requires two people. You need one person to hold the leg of the chair to the chair base so that the washers and screws are put on tightly. Otherwise, you will have a wobbly chair. The triad 5 piece dining set looks terrific and it is easy to clean. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it. Just wanted to mention that Overstock also sells matching bar stools.

excellent quality, some parts are unfinished, but just on the undersides. All visible parts are well finished. relatively straightforward assembly, only allen key required. another stellar purchase from overstock

I am in love!!!! This is a beautiful dining room set. The chairs are sturdy, the table is solid, and the fabric is both lovely and durable. This was a huge purchase to make sight unseen, and I have never regretted it. Putting it together takes two people or more so do be prepared for that. But otherwise, if you want the item in the picture, and you want it in an amazing quality, BUY THIS and ENJOY!!!

I really like my new round table. There is room for six chairs and the surface seems pretty durable. it is exactly as it appears in the picture. The top came with a dent in the side, but Overstock sent a new top replacement and it's all good now.

I had spent months looking for a big round table, but the only thing I could find locally were either too small around or had long legs with stools instead of chairs. This was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. With a little squeezing I can fit nearly 10 people around this table, but it's more comfortable with 6-8 people :0) I intend to buy the additional two chairs later. It's a good value for the money and I'm very pleased with the purchase! Way to go Overstock!

This dining set looks the same in person as it does in the picture. I was a little afraid at first, but I don't regret it one bit. The quality of the furniture is great. I have received many compliments!!
