my 2 year old grandson loves this chair, he feels very grown up and loves the foot stool. he says it is comforatable the problem is teaching the cats not to sleep on his chair

I like this little chair and ottoman but I need to emphasize "little". It will probably fit a toddler perfectly but not a child older than 3. The color and material are perfect for kids and either boy or girl room. The tiny ottoman is the cutest thing but is barely bigger than a dinner plate.

I got this for my 18 month old for Christmas. I wanted a color that would not make the living room look any more like a daycare than it already does. I love that it comes with an ottoman. He likes to adjust the position of it, pick it up and take it to other place and use it as a table for snacks. So cute! It looks good, I didn't see any flaws anywhere on it. It does seem like a sturdy frame. My complaint is that it is minimally padded. Maybe this helps it keep it's shape, but if a child flopped or ran into the chair at any kind of speed, they could bruise themselves. I imagined it would be softer by looking at the picture. but you can feel the edges of the wood on the arms very well and you almost might as well be sitting on a wooden chair. I tried to figure out if there was a way I could add more padding because I fear that over time the padding will get even less noticeable. It is so well made that I can't see any kind of opening or a way to work more padding into anywhere on the chair. I guess I could always make or have a slipcover made with more padding under it because I also think that the fabric will get splotchy after a while. I have a couch the same material and although I can get stains out, I cannot remove water marks that GOT the stain out. All in all, it's a good value. I really wanted a non obnoxious looking foam couch or chair but there are so few of them and the one I wanted was sold out. This is a good alternative and he likes having a chair just his size even though his 5 and 10 year old brother use it as well for playing video games in the living room. HA HA! Beats the rocking chair of his that they destroyed just by sitting in it!

The chair is sturdy and built well. I love that it doesn't tip when baby leans of the ottoman. I love the color! I thought the price was fair also.
