Transitional Platinum Bronze 9-light Chandelier

This is a beautiful chandelier at an incredible price! The color in person is slightly less brown and more metallic bronze but still compliments our decor wonderfully. A fantastic value!!!

We really love this chandelier. It looks much more expensive than the cost. The color is a mixture of several metallics and is perfect for our transition from lots of tan to using more gray in our home.

Love the look of the light. Looks like more value than it cost. Disapointed that we had to do a minor welding fix-- one of the welds at the top was done poorly, but a family member fixed it pretty easily w some home brazing equipment. The instaltion was no more complex than most other ceiling mount fixtures--with the exception you have to wrangle the chain, wires, and mounting of everything all while being up on a ladder holding an 18 pound light -- not unlike any other chandellier, I guess. instructions were all but irrelevant, however, so you need to think thru what needs to be done before you get up on the ladder. Now that it's up, we can't stop thinking how great our foyer looks every time we walk past.

I bought this chandelier based on a previous review that it was more of a silver/black and "dull grey" than bronze. The fixture is beautiful and the price is unbeatable, but it's not what would typically be called "bronze" and especially not "rubbed oil bronze" so if that's what you're looking for, this won't fit the bill. It's more of an antiqued/distressed silver and in some light it does read more of a taupe grey. I have it in a room that is painted taupe so it goes well. The other fixtures in my house ARE an oil rubbed bronze and since this fixture has the black distressing, I think it compliments very well, but absolutely does not match.
