I installed this about 5months ago and was quite surprised to see how nice it looked.
After daily use for around 2 months the hot water and spout kept coming loose and required a trip under the sink to tighten.
Then the hot water started to leak,.
I have had this looked at by pro and I have decided to just install a new faucet and save myself the constant adjusting.
Also the working parts are plastic. This was discovered once the faucet was disassembled due to the leaking of the hot water.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Few times a year
I read the review by Marysust and saw the comment about the hot and cold faucets being mislabled but for some reason I assumed mine was going to be correctly labled. Mistake! I wasted about an hour because I had to go back and switch them.Other than that the faucet seems to be decent quality and wasn't too hard to install.
How often do you shop at Overstock.com? First time
We got the whole thing installed, which was not hard, but not easy either. Once it was all put in and we ran the water, we found that the cold handle had a leak. We took it all apart and found that the copper was not properly soldered together. We didn't want to take the entire thing out and send back to Overstock, so I called the manufacturer and they graciously sent us a working cold faucet. It is nice looking, and looks more expensive than the price.

I wanted a low priced by attractive and "hip" faucet to try and perk up an older bathroom. The lines on this are great and we've gotten many compliments. It's a lower end faucet with a great design. We are happy with the purchase.

I just put in granite countertops and wanted something special in a faucet for my guest bathroom. This looks like it was much more expensive, was quite heavy and well-made, and i installed it myself (not too bad a feat for a 62 yr. old woman). The only problem was that the COLD line was marked HOT with a paper tag. Once I realized the faucet wasn't going to go in backwards (!!!?) the rest was a snap. Be sure to use plenty of teflon tape on the water lines; the directions tell you you will need some, but doesn't state where. I suppose it was logical........
