Comfy, Cozy Sofa
This sofa was easy to build--I did it solo in about an hour and a half, and is extremely comfortable. It was more of a brown color than pictured, but it still fits in with the color scheme I had in mind. The seaming makes it look more like a sofa than a futon, which makes it look more expensive than it is. It almost makes me want to have house guests!

Almost
They almost got this perfect. Two problems... 1) the manufacturer drilled holes too high on the back cross/support board and especially on the front cross/support board. When used as a bed, this causes the front half of the bed to be angled fairly severely to the center and the back half of the bed to be moderately angled to the center. I am going to have to drill new holes and use new screws to fix this. And 2) also when used as a bed, there is a space of maybe a couple of inches between the two halfs which makes it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. If those two very minor things were fixed, it would be GREAT! Who knows... maybe I got a lemon.

Good sofa for the money
The cover was very wrinkled and had to be steamed/ironed to get rid of the wrinkles. That's really the only criticism - otherwise, it's a good sofa/futon.

Trace Khaki Beige Futon
The futon and mattress arrived in one large box which was fairly heavy. It was very easy to assemble by myself, it took about an hour. After finishing the assembly the futon/sofa looked great. The microfiber cover is nice but needs to be tucked tightly to prevent a wrinkled look. I am very pleased with it's appearance, as I was a little nervous purchasing it online. I had one small problem ( a small cut in the fabric of the front of the frame, due to damage during shipping) that was quickly corrected by Overstock.com. A new front piece was sent out immediately and I had it fixed within days. My son slept on the futon while home visiting for a holiday weekend. He said it was comfortable to sleep on, but really needed a memory foam topper or something to cover the 1 inch separation between the cushions, where the futon folds up. I've sat on the sofa in the upright position and it feels fine for watching tv. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. It is exactly what I was looking for for a small guest/tv room.

Purchased this sleeper sofa to put in our den for extra guest sleeping. It was not really difficult to put together, but may be easier to have two people, but not absolutely necessary. My husband likes it better than the sofa we have in our living room. Once put together, it is easy to operate. The only guest we have had sleep on it so far said it was comfortable.
