The simplicity and beauty of this silverware is exactly what I was looking for. It's heavier than I imagined and I needed to get use to the weight, but now that I have I wouldn't trade this set for anything. I need to mention the butter knives... The blade is serrated roughly one and a half inches from the tip down. I actually was able to slice a fresh tomato perfectly. Wow! The price at Overstock cannot be beat and believe me I tried. I do have one suggestion. The packaging from the factory is an open design on the front of the box so each utensil type is displayed This caused a small mar/scratch in the exact same spot on each displayed piece. The dinner fork, salad fork, tablespoon, teaspoon and butter knife. It's not bad enough to return but was a disappointment,

This stainless is wonderful. Its balance and classic simplicity lends itself to everyday use or as a compliment to the most elegant dining. You will not regret the purchase of this beautiful stainless steel; it's my "forever" set.

This is by far the nicest flatware I have ever seen. It's heavy weight and balance in your hand far surpasses any other. I would pay three times the cost of this set to obtain this quality. Anyone will be very pleased with this product. 6 stars.

I spent a lot of time looking for flatware that wasn't cheap looking but didn't want to spend a fortune...this set is spectacular. Very heavyweight, well balanced, knives are as sharp as steak knives. And looks very classy. You won't be dsappointed with this set.

I purchased these for my sister for Christmas, and at this writing I still have not given them to her. It's actually Christmas Eve. But anticipating that she will be as delighted with them as I was -- they will be a hit. They are beautiful. I searched the internet to find a real value - because I had a budget, of course. But these surpased what I could afford in other stores. In fact, I saw them several times for at least twice the Overstock price at other competitors' sites. I looked them over carefully - they have a nice weight and really look pretty. I think she will be pleased and know they will help make a beautiful dinner table setting. Nice value!

I thoroughly enjoy this set of flatware. I was looking to update my set of mismatched pieces and came across this one. I like that the design is slightly contemporary. The flatware is weighted nicely and balances as it should in one's hand. The only problem that I have with it is that it scratches easily. My spoons have small scratches on the bottom of them from scooping things out of bowls. And I handwash them to help prevent any more scratching. But, overall I really like them and suggest them.

they should call this the "wow" instead of the "wave"; I liked the look of it and then read all of the ratings and decided to buy; it is actually better than it looks on the photo; balanced and heavy (not too heavy) in the hand and looks good; every time we have a family dinner we do a flatware count now! nobody leaves until they find all the forks and spoons!!!!!!!!

This set reflects a great craftsmanship and design. They also perfectly compliment my contemporary dinnerware. Only issue I have are the labels "Made In China" that are placed on unusual place on forks so they become more prominent than I'd like them to be. I didn't use them yet as this is goign to be my formal set so I cannot rate durability.

We have been looking for a Flatware Set for months. The sets I did like were too expensive and the ones that were in our price range just did not feel good to hold, or were too bulky. This set is exactly what I wanted and the price was right too. I am very happy with this set. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I am extremely happy with this flatware set. They have a good weight to them and they look lovely on the table. I have not had them very long but they have been through the dishwasher a few times with no negative effects. After shopping locally for flatware, I believe this is a great price for the product.

Very contemporary. This flatware feels expensive. Haven't used yet but I think I will buy another to complete. Probably for more formal use since each piece is pretty heavy. If you are looking specifically for lightweight spoons then you probably should not buy this set.
