This item is awesome. A lifesaver during winter and those cold winter mornings. The cleaning function is also great. Helps alot with hygiene and health in that area.Construction is good and assembly is easy as long as you measure well before ordering.You can install yourself if you slightly handy otherwise a plumber can do this pretty easy.Price is great on overstock especially when you figure in shipping costs and sales tax.Toto's a world class leader in these and you can't go wrong.Highly recommended.
