We have been using this type of convection oven for many years with great success. This one was a disappointment. This oven takes much longer to cook. When measured with an oven thermometer, we could only get the temperature up to 370 degrees. Other convection ovens we have had had settings up to 500 degrees. We will use this one, but we will not purchase another one like this.

This appliance uses very little energy and is perfect for cooking for one or two people. I've used most of the settings for cooking and baking and it works very well. There is a slight vibration sound when it's running which was easily stopped by placing a small rock on the white handle on top.
