Like the color scheme (frame is black which I don't think it stated in the description). Fairly sturdy and solid. My only criticism is that the "slate" inlays fall out. We had to glue two back in already. So just fine as long as you don't mind adding some glue every now and then.

When we were shopping for stools for our new island kitchen, we looked everywhere. I wanted to be very careful that the stools would look and fit perfectly with our new kitchen island. These are perfectly sized and very, very attractive! The black backing is stylish with its interesting design. And despite there is no padding on the back, they are comfortable as well. The color of the stool seats is close to the on-line pictures. It is a beautiful beige-brown which looks great with our neutral decor and black/gold granite. Everyone congregates around the island and states they are perfectly comfortable sitting on the stools. We have received numerous compliments on them. My husband states they were very easy to put together. They were delivered within a week in perfect condition! The price was excellent. Overstock.com did it again!

These bar stools are lovely. The price was great, delivered within a week, and are very comfortable. I picked these out to compliment my kitchen table and chairs. Now I wish I would have gotten the kitchen chairs to match. They fit my contemporary kitchen.

The only assembly problem I had was putting the seat on. The stools are level and do not wobble. I do not like the seat itself, the board base feels as if it may break, and the cushion makes a noise when you sit on it, as if you were crinkling a plastic bag and the fabric is cheap. Also the frame has holes where I think there should be no holes, The tiles on both stools were scratched. They did arrive quickly and they look OK but they lack quality.

Very nice stools, a little hard to put together and one screw would not go in...but still nice a strong hold on the others. I like the look and for the price it was a feel a good deal. Delivery time and cost was so much more reasonable than anywhere else. I really enjoy ordering from overstock. Works for me.

Out the box several scratches on metal and once assembled stools were not balanced evenly on all four legs.

love the look of these. THe price is okay for the quality. Most difficult thing was the assembly, as the holes for the screws through the seat didnt line up correctly with the metal base, making it very difficult to complete the project.

Love these chairs. Great look. Really makes my small apartment dinning room look classy.

This is a great item. I love it and the price was right.

They look great. The only thing was that I had to paint the edges because the tiles were cut and the edge is white. A 10 minute fix that cost a couple bucks! Othewr than that they are very nice

I have been shopping for bar stools for awhile and when I seen these on Overstock, I knew these were the ones. I'm glad I ordered these. These stools are awesome. They go perfect in my kitchen around the island. They are very sturdy, and well made. Price wise, well worth the money. Also, the shipping was very fast. Great price for the set. Good quality also. I looked and looked for stools like this and this is by far the best price for the same qaulity.

One of the stools metal foot rods broke so made the installation somewhat difficult. I had to soder the piece together to make it work. The instructions for assembly was useless.

Beautiful and a great value! These slide right up into my island w/o the backs of the stools sticking out and in the way. Love the design and comfort.
