Pros: Great value. You get two batteries and a bag. There were some scratches on the drill but it is still good condition.
Cons: Did not get hard plastic case to hold tools got a bag. Bag is Ryobi bag but is to big and also tools get scratched up since there is no way of keeping them from moving around while in the bag.
Over all what you get for the price it is well worth it, especially if you are just using it for home projects.

This item came more quickly than expected, and all the items work very well.
A good value for the money. Some wear evident on the items.

This product was just as described and Ryobi is a quality product, have used often since recieved. Will buy again

Very satisfied, item shipped and received within 3 - 10 business days. Item purchased as 'gift' and the receiver, (construction worker) was very pleased with the performance and overall durability of the Roybi set.
