No where in the description does it indicate that its mounting brackets (screws) are not in the same location as the average installed toilet. Plumber had to drill into ceramic tile to bold the rear bracket to the ground. It looks pretty but the seat and the push button seem flimsy.
Product looks great and nice lines to make cleaning easy. However, the biggest flaw is the outlet diameter (where it connects to floor drain) was extremely narrow and would easily clog. Since this is European, had figure out how to install as it did not match American fittings. Area to set toilet precise and porcelain cracked went set down....unable to use the toilet. All the money wasted. Would never recommend using foreign toilet unless description would give specifics, so would actually know what you were going encounter at install.
The toilet looks great and the solf close seat is perfect. The plumber found it a bit tricky to install.The toilet looks exactly as in the picture and works well too!
Did not get a chance to install the toilet. It arrived in a damaged condition during shipping vi a UPS. Toilet was obvioisly well made, very stylish, at a good price. Due to time constraints, had to obtain a refund and get a toilet locally. Overstock was very responsive and prompt with my refund.
I live in NZ half the, and have gotten to love the dual flush toilets. When remodeling my bathroom, I did heaps of research, and after looking at multitudes of reviews, this one definitely seemed to have the best of everything. My father helped me install this, and when we first pulled it out of the box, he gave it a very 'discriminating' look of, 'this isn't any simple American toilet'. Although different to install, it was very easy. It actually worked very well that we placed the plastic flange onto the floor, and the clips to hold the toilet down, and the we tiled around them. It worked amazingly well. Now he wants to buy one for their house. We've also only had to use the .8g flush for everything- it does a great job. The toilet seat that comes with it seems like chintzy plastic, and we're thinking of replacing it, but it does the job.
