I ordered two sets of this and just ordered two more. We had remodeled our home in a rustic manner, lots of raw wood furniture and stone flooring. This dinnerware fits in perfectly. It has lots of flaws and discolored spots and variations in color, so if you want something for a formal table don't get it. But if you are specifically looking for rustic and are OK with the imperfections, it's a great set.

This dinnerware set chips far too easily, most of them had cracks or chips within two weeks of use.

I received my dishes today, and I really like them. They are medium weight and fit nicely into the dishwasher. The bowls are a little on the small side, but the plates and salad plates are perfect size. I really like the color! It's a great deal on the price for all you get. I would definitely recommend these dishes.

I bought 3 dinnerware sets two years ago and am still delighted with the dinnerware. I simply don't understand the negative reviews. The "flaws" are the perfect old world Tuscan look as they shoud be. We use these everyday and not one piece has broken. Buy with confidence if you are wanting the Tuscan look.

I just received these dishes for Christmas, and I like them a lot. They are nice sized, and have a pottery made look to them. I would say other reviewers are correct - if you want perfect dishes where each piece is exactly the same, you don't want these. They have a bit of a handmade look to them, with darker, almost black accent on some of the rims, and a couple pieces had small chips, but overall they are a pretty rich brown, nice large sized plates and medium sized mugs, and very pretty in my Tuscan style kitchen/dining room.

These dishes are great, love the color and durability, microwaves very well, however there are flaws in the finish. Would buy them again but if I were very picky about what my dishes looked like I would have to send them back.

I bought these dish's as a Christmas gift for my son and daughter-in-law--thay love them and are just trilled about getting them36 . My son say's thw plates are large and hold more and that makes him happy.I would say over all it was a great investment!

I too wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Arrived in great shape and was exactly what I was looking for in the old world look. If you want a perfect set of dinnerware these are probably not for you.

Shipping service was excellent and timely. Breakable items were so well packed that only crushing the box could have damaged anything. There were just a few minor flaws in the glaze finish in 2 places on the edges of a small plate and a cup, but they are not obvious of large enough to see easily so overall appearance is excellent. But, the minor flaws cause me to rate this product slightly less than excellent. The picture and description were a little bit deceiving, so I was expecting a little bit heavier weight product, and a more red cast to the chocolate brown color, but still I do like the dishes and they will serve me well.

Very nicely crafted and durable dishes. I love how large the plates and soup bowls are. I hope to get another set.

I was a little skeptical after reading each review, however, the imperfections works well with my new decor. I like the fact that the discoloration picks up the many colors in my new granite counter tops. If you enjoy a rustic look or many variations of brown this would work but if you want a perfect look this dinnerware is not for you.(You cannot beat this value)Have a nice day.Ms. Monday.

Overall I am happy with the value of the dinnerware. My issue is the color in the picture looks nothing like what you get. The dinnerware is very murky brown with little luster. No very attractive, but for casual dinnerware, it was a good value.

I ordered this dinnerware set because I wanted an eight piece setting at a reasonale price.I was very disappointed in the workmanship and color of the pieces.They look very cheap.I sent it back the next day.I should have taken the advice of my husband who is a chef and not order them.
