The tiles arrived quickly and only 2 out of 60 sheets were cracked, but I would blame UPS because the driver put up all the 6 boxes vertically and the 2 cracked sheets were from the bottom box. Nevertheless, Overstock agreed to a partial refund. Given the fact that most companies only issue refund on unopened box so I have no complain about it, and I am very happy with the way the customer service handled this. The tiles are beautiful, a bit more green than it looks on the demo pics. I guess after grouting it might go back more to blue. Please note that the thickness of the tile is .313 inch (8mm) instead of 0.25 inch as described. It doesn't cause me any issues because I am not mixing it with another style of tile. One other thing worth to mention is the tile spacing inside the sheet can be uneven from box to box, the variance can be slightly less than a quarter inch from one sheet to another so please be very careful while installing them horizontally. Overall, I am happy with the pu...

These tiles are labeled by overstock as indoor tile, to use in any room in your house. However, most indoor tile is 3/8 or less, and these are over 1/2 inch thick and our tile installer said they are for outdoor use. Additionally, many of the tiles in each box were damaged; Overstock won't return. As a regular Overstock customer, I am extremely disappointed and won't be buying from them again.

I used this for my kitchen backsplash. I wanted white subway tile in a smaller scale than typically 3x5's, so this fit the bill. The tile is a true white which veers more toward the cool side than warm. For example, it's much more cool than the Dal tile subway tile from ****, if you're looking for a frame of reference. It's not glossy but has a nice satin finish. It looks great with my calcatta brazil quartize countertops, which are cool toned with grey veining (I used a white grout but in retrospect would have used a pale grey because the backsplash reads a little too white to me right not). The tile came packaged well and no breakage. They were a little more narrow than I expected but not big deal (I was expecting a 2" width but the box says 1.9", and my measuring tape showed more like 1.7"). Overall very happy with the product and service from overstock.

There are plenty of ways to be period accurate, or differentiate your hex tile project from "the masses," but there's also an entire industry which is capitalizing on the "period" look resurgence, with excessive pricing to match. This is a rational entry level product which provides an economically and visually sound result for the common man. Fit and finish were excellent, and if your sub-surface prep is up to snuff, you can get a professional level DIY result without the wallet pain of higher-priced alternatives. We chose a consumer available epoxy grout product in a beige color for good contrast with the white tile, and had no difficulty cleaning the grout haze from the finished tile surface. The final result has excellent feel under feet, is easy to clean, and isn't too slippery. Radiant floor heat doesn't hurt any, either . . .

The color is quite different from the picture. It is NOT pink hint, it is yellow hint. The light brownish strips are totally yellow which is not what I expected. And they arrived damaged...had to return all of them...found something in ***** **** for only $* per piece with similar design and more beautiful color.......had high expectation, but very disappointed..
