Tiffany-style White Jewel Torchiere

Easy to put together, gives nice light and fit perfectly where I wanted it to. It fit right in to my mission style of my home.

This is a nice quality lamp for the price, but I was really disappointed that the light bulb does not illuminate the round red glass pieces that edge the top of the cut glass shade. But I found it to have a nice heavy base and solid and attractive pole. Worth the price.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. This is a very sturdy lamp, easy to put together. The glass work is a little sloppy, but probably good enough for the price

OK... AFTER we cleaned it up and put a bulb in, it looks OK. BUT, we had to spend about a half hour removing a significant amount of sticky. black goo from the inside of the shade. There's really NO excuse for letting a product leave ones' factory in such a sorry state. Additionally, the packing material is THE worst styrofoam you'll ever encounter. It disintegrates at the lightest touch & the tiny balls of foam go everywhere with a static charge that makes them cling to you, the furniture & anything else around. This manufacturer should be avoided.unless you enjoy an extra hour of cleaning up.

This lamp came well packed in Styrofoam, was easy to assemble, and looks gorgeous in my living room. I wondered what to expect from the shade since the description said it was glass and various reviewers here wrote that it was plastic while some others said it really was glass. The shade I received is definitely a heavy-weight plastic, but it's well made. There is a subtle yellowish-brown marbled pattern in the white ares of the shade, which makes it look even nicer than the picture. The beads at the bottom of the shade are amber and really show up well when the lamp is lit. The upper beads are a deep purple and only really show up if you take a picture close to the lamp while it's lit. You won't really notice the upper beads from across the room. This is a stunning lamp and well worth the price.
