The lamp was a little different from the picture, but the shape was actually nicer than posted. There are metal brass overlays resembling lilly pads, that I think detract from the overall effect. I am not sure how difficult that will be to clean but otherwise the lamp looks well made. I have made stain glass lamps before and I can not make one for this price. The sodder lines are not perfect, but for the price, I'm OK with that. The colors are a little different, but still beautiful. I put low voltage florescent bulbs in the 2 available sockets and leave them on all the time for an elegant effect and night light.
The colors on this lamp are lovely! I have it in my bedroom and it looks so comforting and restful and makes me feel at peace when I am relaxing! It uses two 60 watt bulbs. I have it on my bureau and its a good size lamp for the price. When I have to get up during the night its great to have on to show me the way! Its one of lifes treasures! Enjoy!
