    Handcrafted using the same techniques that were developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s, this beautiful Tiffany-style piece contains hand-cut pieces of stained glass, each wrapped in fine copper foil.

    • What a night light

      I have ordered several Tiffany-style lamps from Overstock over the last several years. To date, I have only sent one back due to poor workmanship and quality. I received this lamp, and after a minimal amount of time, put it together. At first, I wanted to send it back because I didn’t realize just how little light this lamp would contribute to a room. In other words, if you choose to put anything less than a 100 watt bulb in it, you just in essence purchased a really big night light, albeit ramped up a tad. I agree with some previous posters, it brightens up a corner of a room somewhat. Just don’t expect it to contribute a tremendous amount of lighting overall. Also, the designs at the top and bottom in the picture appeared more bluish green, and aside from a few of the petals that are definitely blue, the rest is definitely yellowish. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of yellow in this lamp, because I had looked at another pedestal lamp that had a lot of yellow in it, and for that reason didn't choose it. I just think it is going to be a hit or miss in getting it exactly as pictured. My husband really likes the lamp, so we are keeping it more or less as a decorative item in our den, definitely not for the illuminating qualities that it has. Overall, I gave it a 4 because it is a beautiful piece, made well, and adds a delicate soft glow to the corner of the room we have it in.

    • Great Lamp

      I really love the lamp! I have it in my bedroom and it gives off a nice glow . It is not a a lamp I would recommend for reading because it does not provide enough light. But i gives of a beautiful glow of color when it is lit.

      This pedestal was more than I hoped for when ordering. Assembling it was easy and I'm very pleased with the overall look of the item. Workmanship is Chinese-good based on my experience with previous stain glass pieces I have purchase before from Overstock. It has become a focal point of my living room. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Packed well with arrival intact.

    • Gorgeous lighted art piece

      This is a great art piece! I put a long life fluorescent bulb in it since it requires a bit of dis-assembly in order to replace the bulb. It is great for adding ambiance to a room . The light draws the eye to appreciate the beauty of the stained glass. I'd originally intended to order the Mission style one, but it was out of stock. The more Victorian style of this one is actually more appealing since the colors fir my room better and the style fits the eclectic nature of our great room better.

    • Beautiful, but dim lamp

      I wanted a nice, bright lamp for my bedroom. This is a beautiful lamp, which is why I've kept it, but it is VERY dim even with a 100 watt bulb. It is great for mood lighting or a bright night light (at the 100 watts) but not much else--I can't even pick out clothes from my dresser when it's dark with just this lamp. If you are looking for a bright light, don't get this. If you want a nice looking accent/mood light, this is fantastic.

    • Beautiful Tiffany Style Lamp

      I ordered the pedestal lamp for my wife and it exceeds our expectations. Our home is Victorian and the lamp adds to the beauty. You won't be disappointed because of the rich and vibrant colors in the lamp that illuminate corners in your home. I recommend anyone using a 100 watt compact fluorescent light bulb that puts out 1600 lumens of light and only uses 23 watts of energy. That way you can keep this light on from the time you get home until the time you go to bed. It is that pretty to look at and enjoy. That's what we do. We've already had several compliments from neighbors asking us where we purchased it. I suggest any man wanting to please his wife with a surprise gift to order this lamp.
