Handcrafted using the same techniques that were developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s, this beautiful Tiffany-style table lamp contains hand-cut pieces of stained glass, each wrapped in fine copper foil.

This light is nice but is not very substantial, the weight, the chain all of it is just not that heavy mission style. We bought the same style hanging fixtures also and like them much better. This also has ivory 'glass' not amber. Our hanging fixtures were heavier and had a nicer more amber tones glass. I would recommend getting the hanging fixture, but not this swag.
My memory didn't serve me correctly as I thought this lamp had more brown shading. However, now that it is in use, the yellows are a distinct compliment to the rest of my decor. With two bulbs in use it gives off a bright light that is great for reading, or for sewing, as I do in the evening. The price, I thought, was a bit high for plastic but the plastic is better for hanging from a hook on the ceiling since it is not nearly as heavy as glass would have been. Overall, it is a beautiful lamp that I expect to use for many many years.
Easy to put up if you have a sturdy hook and looks great with eco bulbs installed. Chain and cord could be better done though and it is a bit discombotulated and must be adjusted carefully otherwise it looks cheaply done and ungainly.
I had been looking high and low for a classy swag lamp for our remodel project. We are modernizing our 1960's ranch and adding a "touch" of Mission style, this swag lamp was the perfect jewelry for the entrance. The price seemed a little steep initially since it is not actually glass, but you have to touch it to tell - nobody will with it hanging up now! The color combination sold me and I ordered it. The lamp not only comes ready to plug in, but also comes with the hardware necessary to hardwire it - nice to have options. The lamp was packaged impeccably, arrived on time, the colors are beautiful, and I am VERY pleased.
