When I received my Tiffany-style Stained Glass Mission Chandelier there were several of the connecting arms that were broken. Overstock.com was very helpful in resolving the problem. I chose to keep the chandelier for a discounted price, and substituted chains for the broken arms. The light is absolutely beautiful now that it is hanging in my living room. The directions to assemble the light were not that clear. It took me several tries to put the light together properly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the look of the chandelier.
Sometimes buying an item from a photograph can be so disappointing. Not this chandelier. reasonably priced, handsomely designed and fairly easy to assemble makes this item a nice hall, entryway or vestibule fixture. The shade allows enough just enough light to shine through. We are glad we selected this piece over the other choices in the online catalogue.
