this is our 6th Tiffany lamp, but we were dissapointed with the sloppy craftsmanship of the lamp.

This lamp was perfect and just the right size. Different than my other ones. Glass has thickness and quality. Beautiful colors, much bettter and bigger than picture shows. Perfect for what I needed.

I ended up giving this to a friend who did not care about the lampshade not being stable or the rose being brown. It went with her decor and she is happy with it.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Not at all. The red rose is actually dark brown when not lit. When lit, light brown.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Fair. The lamp shade could not be stabilized and continued to rock back and forth. Loved the base though.

The light bulbs cannot be positioned so that the two sides that are shown when in a corner reflect a red (not black) rose. When the lights are off, the roses look like black blobs. The pieces that appear white in the Overstock pic are actually two shades, white and khaki, which I actually liked. You can find better images on the internet. It's of decent size and weight, but it only looks nice when lit from the front (where there is a direct bulb behind the rose.

I have had this lamp for over 4 years, got it from Overstock and am still happy with it. The colors of the stained glass are very close to what is shown on the site, it emits a nice warm glow and uses two bulbs so you can brighten it up by using both bulbs or have a dimmer light with just one. I usually use just one because it's meant as ambient lighting, not for a reading light. I now have it in my front window and the colors in the shade show well. The base is heavy and supports well the more delicate shade. I've moved twice since owning this and found it to be sturdy and well made. I like the contrast between the more modern base and the traditional style but contemporary shaped shade.

I JUST RECIEVED MY LAMP AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL! THE ROSES ARE DARK,BUT THE LAMP IS SO PRETTY,IT DOESNT MATTER,I'M NOT SURE IF THE BASE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A RUSTIC LOOK,BUT IT DOES,I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Love the design, but the colors in the lamps are NOT what was depicted in the photo, it appears that they may have used a much brighter light than it was rated for to take the photos, moreover when lit the large roses lose all detail and look like a black blob. I would think it would be helpful to include photos of the lamps when unlit as well as when lit so that customers can better judge the colors. The background is a brown color and even when lit with a pair of 100w equivalent flourescent bulbs (tried to see if it would improve the colors) the background was still brown instead of the creamy color depicted. Still, I would have been ok with the brown color if it weren't for the way the roses look, there is no light coming through and the pattern loses all detail.

This is a larger lamp than I was expecting. Beautiful and unusual base. The shade is also very pretty. However, unlike high quality stained glass that has metal between the pieces, this has some kind of black tar-like substance instead. It doesn't detract from the appearance except that some of the black stuff (whatever it is) has gotten onto some of the white glass pieces and it will not come off. It's on there permanently, which does detract from the overall look. If not for this, the lamp would be perfect. The lamp is odd in that you can turn it off and on either with an in-line rocker switch in the electrical cord or by pulling the individual chains that operate each individual lightbulb. Usually it's one or the other, not both. All in all this is a great lamp for the money and I would recommend it. The defects are noticeable but not glaring and are far outweighed by the beauty. This lamp is very pretty whether lit or unlit, though certainly prettier when lit. I would buy it again if I had it to do over.

VERY NICE LAMP--COLORS ARE NICE--VERY DIFFERENT THAN THE USUAL TIFFANY; I HAVE THIS ONE IN MY BEDROOM. WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD ALTHOUGH THERE ARE A FEW ROUGH EDGES. OVERALL WOULD RECOMMEND.

This lamp is beautiful whether it's on or off! Extremely well made. My friends and family can't believe I got it so cheap! I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a table lamp.

I loved the Tiffany style lamp that we bought. It looks very elegant in our living room, matches our sofa and the painting on the wall. When lit, it looks really beautiful, I remember standing in the room and gazing at it from time to time, in the first few days after we assembled it. It is a very good buy. I bought a matching one soon after the first one was assembled. The packaging was very well done and assembly was a breeze. Since the material is not glass, one has to be careful when holding the shade during assembly. The lamp looks much more expensive than what I paid for it- great value for the money. Over all, I really like this. The shade was a little pinker than I expected and there were a few flaws on the base but you would have to get fairly close to see them.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. The lamp is beautiful! The colors are perfect and capture the light well. The lamp base reminds me of pier-1 style. Great workmanship at an unbeatable price. I'm ordering one for myself!
