The dragonfly lamps are beautiful and a great value. They evoke the charm of a Tiffany style lamp and were a breeze to assemble. The base is solid metal with a dragonfly motif. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates this type of lighting. The light created is warm but not intense enough for easy reading.

I purchased the lamp for my godaughter who lives in louisiana, she loves dragonflies. She loves it. The colors are bold and she was surprised with the size, its beautiful! I highly recommend it

This is a beautiful dragonfly lamp. Assembly is easy, and when the lamp is lit the colors are gorgeous.The price was so reasonable I bought one of these lamps for my best friend too. Note: B bulb is required for this lamp. Great purchase, not cheap looking Thank you

I loved it from the start. I have it in my window so neighbors can enjoy it also. The other day I noticed from across the room it looked tilted. When I looked closely I discovered the glass was pulling away from the stem. I'd give anything to know if there's a glue I could use to make it sturdy. I'm afraid the weight will eventually pull the glass down and break. It was a splurge I can't afford twice. I bought a different colored one at the same time, but it's not as beautiful even though it's built the same. I checked it's top exactly the same design, but it looks far more sturdy. I'm sure it won't pull away. Why was the dragonfly not built as sturdy at the top. They're identical in looks just one is more fragile, and it didn't need to be!!!! So sad....

The lamps iI bought are absolutely beautiful, and the price unbeatable. You need to know that these lamps DO NOT put out a lot of light. They will not make good reading lights. They instead provide an incredilbe soft light perfect to create a relaxing atmosphere

not bright enough to read by - at least with the cfl bulb that will fit. I haven't tried a regular 60 W bulb though. Also, a piece of metal that holds the glass pieces was cut. I just trimmed this away an the lamp seems fine. Very nice appearance and good solid base.

Hi All.Over all, there are pretty well made lamps. We bought two of them. They are not exactly the same. The colors do vary some between both lamps. Also being made out of plastic, not a problem, but the lamp does require a much brighter light bulb. Or it will seem like a very dim night light. The Plastic in the shades is very thick, and the colors are very dark. But for the price, compaired to a real Tiffany lamps. They are well worth the price. We wanted lamps on each side of our bed, That wouldn't be such a glare on our TV Screen in our bedroom. I don't know about others, but I hate trying to watch something on our TV, only to see a huge glare from the table lamps. Would we buy these again, yes in a heart beat. The only CON, I have with these Lamps, is with the power cord, with the very small wheel type turn ON/OFF Switch. It should have been some what larger, which would make it eaisr to turn ON/OFF. Also, the Switch is to far down the power cord. It should have been closer to the lamp. Also making it easier to find at night to turn ON/OFF. But those are only small concerns, Even knowing this, we would still buy them again. They look Fastisic at night. Another Great Buy, from Overstock.Com

What a beautiful lamp! I was not expecting such a nice object. My bedroom is forest green and cream colored, this lamp looks great. Good price and very easy assembly.

I love this lamp. For the price, you couldn't do better. The lamp is just as it is shown in the picture. Of course it does not light up a room but that was not as expected. The colours are lovely and the it just beautifies the room. Again, I love this lamp.

The lamp is no original; however for the cost it is a super little lamp. It looks lovely at night. I had to take scissors and give the bottom a trim to make it look smoother but overall its a nice deal.

I bought this lamp to illuminate a dark corner of my bedroom, so I have it on my dresser next to a white wall. My bedroom is decorated in purples, and this lamp has just enough of that color and complements it with many others. The colors it projects onto the wall when lit are just breathtaking, so I turn it on on occasion just to see it! Its base is attractive and quite heavy and the lamp is therefore very stable, and assembly couldn't have been simpler. My only tiny disappointment is that the stained "glass" in the shade is actually a heavy plastic, but that's really not apparent when just viewing the lamp. Overall, I'm really glad I took advantage of this great deal!

This lamp was everything they said it would be, although I think a more fitting name would be 'desk lamp' rather than table lamp. Not enough light for reading, it sits on a shelf behind me while I watch TV. Rather a mood light it is, and it emits a nice glow in a darkened room. If you like the Tiffany style, this was the least expensive lamp of its kind on the website, and will probably fit your need, if you aren't interested in lighting up the room with it, because it won't.

In 2006 after Katrina, my husband and I got married and went to Ireland for our honeymoon. The home we stayed in on the southwestern coast had a Tiffany Lamp very similar to this one and I fell in love. I saw this on overstock and thought well, since I cannot afford Tiffany, this is great. The surprise of it all, was this this lamp is SO MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL! It is stunning. If we ever have another Katrina here on the MS Coast, this lamp is LEAVING WITH ME!

This arrived in only 4 days, the lamp is even more colorful and brighter than the photo, it's absolutely beautiful, it was a birthday present from my husband and I'm delighted. It's heavy and well made. The base also has dragonflies on it, I love it and would recommend this lamp to anyone to be used in any room.
