this lamp has an antique-y look to it that I love, Its quality and unique and I'm rather proud of choosing it. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I was disappointed in the globe connections. Entwined in the chains used to connect the globes and bulbs to the ceiling fixture were the white, black and copper electrical wires. This cheapens the look of the light fixture; however, it was too late in the fixture exchange process when it was discovered to send it back. The quick fix that I used was to try to color the wires with a bronze marker, but parts of the white wires still are noticable. This is unfortunate.

I bought this light fixture for the fixture itself and plan on changing out the glass shades. I love the fixture and it really adds a bit of age to my living room. The glass/plastic shades look awful but because I have not found the "perfect shade" yet I put them on the fixture and was suprised that I don't dislike them as much as I thought I would. I will take my time now to find the best shade for my decor and am enjoying the change up with the shades it came with.

I purchased this light because the peacock shades picked up on the colors in my area rug, matched great. Unfortunately these shades do not let much light thru, had to replace them with a set of white shades. Still an attractive light but does not have the Wow factor without the Peacock shades.

this is such a period piece. it is made of glass and is unique and has a special look. i would like to see different colors and patterns in this item. i love it!!!!!

We purchased this light fixture for a room we use as a library. It provides a delightful Victorian atmosphere, Lit or unlit, it improves the look of the room.

This fixture was perfect for our hallway in our 100 yr.+ home. It looks like it was always there.

This lamp, although not extremely cheap, is beautiful. We haven't installed it yet (it's a gift), but the stained glass is a work of art. I'm thinking of getting something similar for our home.

I'm only sorry there isn't a NO Star rating. The quality and apparence is so bad my wife just laughed at me. Overstock usually has some good stuff (this isn't it). Plastic globes, very poor workmanship on the casting and one of the lights wasn't even wired. Keep looking!
