Love these lamps. Go perfectly with my decor. Have already received many compliments on these 2 lamps and asked where did I get them.

I would recommend this lamp, but with some reservations- While it is a darling lamp and looks great on my table, it was not put together particularly well. It came with one of the little accent wires broken off, and it does not stand straight. I was unable to tighten or adjust it so that it would not wobble, which it does, slightly. Anyway, if you can disregard those things and just enjoy the look of the lamp, then I would say go for it.

Okay, it puts out zero light - which was initially a disappointment since that is why I bought it. But wait! There's more... The top decorative and the bottom decorative are 180 degrees off so I have to keep the top loose. But wait, there's more, and who really cares (except the slightly uncomfortable perfectionist in me...) Despite what I thought I was getting. I got love. For me, this lamp, I so adore. This is just eye candy and the cutiest thing. While this doesn't sound particularly meaningful, it actually is a big wonderful joy in my life. My kitchen is very dark (and I live in a dark city) and when I turn this lamp on (imagine it as a big night light with festive color), the whole kitchen takes on a different feel and my life gets more than a bit happier and more than a bit transformed! I am so happy with it (and my life would be dimmer - no pun intended, but true - without it). I am so happy I splurged on this wonderful beautiful (toy)(accent) lamp even though I was looking for something else. It is just one of my most favorite cherished things of all time - and I enjoy it every day. Totally worth it. (And I rate it a 5+ in value for me, but it is a bit expensive for most tastes as a night light, probably, so for that I gave it a value of 4. But to me, priceless!)

The lamp had shotty workmanship the picture did it way too much credit...the top rivet was poorly cut, I had to take a knife to it in order to have the top screwed on correctly. The picture makes it seem like the leaves are this beautiful orange color that illuminates when you turn it on. Mine had so much sodder on the leaves that there was hardly any glass showing. Garbage, if it wasn¿t for the fact that the shade is beautiful, I would have returned it in a heartbeat.

This lamp is very unique and really adds color to a room. I love the detail. The only issue we had with it was the very top part that screws on after the shade is put on - it's made up of 2 leaves. It would not screw on straight and when trying to get it on the leaves started to bend, almost to the point of breaking off. We could not get it so the leaves faced forward. But it still looks great and you can't beat this price.

My review belies the fact that I really do love this lamp. The only thing that kept me from giving this lamp 5 stars across the board is the fact that I received my lamp with two of the "glass" leaves broken from the lamp. Rather than bother with the return policy and expense I repaired the lamp myself. Other than that - I do love it. The lamp is thin enough to sit on the mantle and provides a great accent light when watching television (ours is mounted on the wall above the fireplace so the placement on the mantle was good).

I just recieved my lamp last night and set it up immediately..I love it! it is an artistic lamp, although the 25 watts is not alot of light, it is, as it says, an accent lamp. the base is heavy, and wide, so I am not worried about the cat knocking it over while chasing moths or something. the colors on the shade, in my opinion, are meant to appear as old time shades of red white and blue, and these colors are accented with small orange cabochons. the whole effect is , with the colors and the tree type base, something that I might have named "the liberty tree" if I had created this myself. I need to add an important point though, You will either love this lamp or you wont, if you are artistic, or tend to fill your home with warm color and the unusual, you will love it, I think if you prefer a more common traditional home decor, you will not be as thrilled.
