I was a little skeptical to buy this, after reading some of the reviews. I'm VERY picky and quality to me is important, regardless of how much I spend on an item. Cheap = SENT BACK, every time! However, I was pleased with this hanging lamp when I got it, and it now hangs over my dining room table. It's a little larger than I thought it would be, but I still love it. As for if it's glass or plastic, I will dispel this rumor: it's GLASS (believe me, I've seen enough plastic to know the difference)! I can see how people might not be able to tell, but by tapping on it and feeling the coolness of the glass, I was able to figure it out. Well-priced; well-made. Can't really ask for more than that.

I purchased this chandelier elsewhere several years ago after searching for years for the perfect light above my dining room table in my current home. We will soon move and I considered excluding this chandelier from the sale because I loved it so much I wanted to take it to the new home. To my amazement, it was available on Overstock and I jumped at the chance to purchase another one. I also bought two of the matching table lamps to accompany it in on the buffet in my new dining room. The fact that I bought a second chandelier is testimony enough to how much I love it. I use a halogen type bulb which gives maximum light. I am spending 40TIMES this much for a chandelier for my foyer, and the Tiffany from Overstock will be visible along with my designer chandelier. That's how beautiful this light is.

Althought the tiffany hanging light is attractive, the description of the product stated that it was made of glass. The light that I received looks like the picture, but it is not made of glass. Instead of glass, the shade is made of some type of hard plastic. Had I been told that the shade was made of plastic, I would not have ordered it.

This lamp is gorgeous! I have been looking for just the right lamp to hang over my kitchen table. My kitchen is open to a more formal living room, and this lamp pulls the two rooms together beautifully. It is a classy lamp indeed! The white and amber mix glass is pefect against the striking black trim. It is light in weight, but looks much heavier. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

We bought this light to go over our dining room table, and we are very pleased. It puts off a good amount of light without having to see the bulbs. My husband, who does stained glass repair, said it is well constructed, and he and a friend were able to install it in a few hours. The price was great, also. We will buy from Overstock.com in the future. Thanks for the great service!

I love this light fixture! After hours of endless searching for the perfect light fixture, this is it. The pearl patina with slight lavender and light green are gorgeous and match perfectly with the 1930's workmanship of our home. The light fixture is better in person than in the picture. If you like this style you will not be disappointed. We did have to remove a few links of the chain to shorten the length, but it was no big deal. Installation took about 30 minutes (including removing our old fixture).

We bought this lamp for our entry which has a vaulted ceiling. The lamp is very fragile and needs to be touched and assembled with much care! It looks great, however, and is a true eye-catcher! The delivery arrived promptly. We were very pleased with the customer service we've received from the Overstock team!

The light is very nice. I bought it for a bedroom and had to shorten the chain. I shortened it to a length of about 33 inches (this is as short as you can get it). Had a little trouble with installation because of this. The bedroom I hung it in is a periwinkle blue and the light fits in nicely. It does feel like hard plastic instead of glass (it doesn't seem heavy enough to be glass). I recommend this product!

We bought this lamp quite a while ago and like it even more now than when we first got it. Not only is it beautiful to look at, the light it casts over the entryway into our home is bright, but soft and lovely at the same time.

We had the light installed in our dining room and put it on a wall dimmer switch so we can have full light when needed and mood lighting when we choose. It's easy to clean and looks beautiful over our dark wood table.

Bought this for the 17X14 dining room in our 100 year old house. It fits the room well and is not quite as white as it appears in the picture, which was a pleasant surprise (for us). The glass has yellow swirled in with the white, which matches the sconces that are original to the house in our dining room quite well. Very easy to install (remember to shut of the circuit at the breaker box first!).

It is pretty big and looks really nice. I put it on a dimmer switch.

Very pretty and unique. Really classes up a kitchen. Not so easy to balance with the bars. Gives great soft light.

I just love this hanging lamp over my dining table. It was so easy to swap out my old fixture with this one. Extra long chain provided was easy to cut down to the size I needed. Putting it on a dimmer switch offers everyone the perfect lighting to their liking.

This lamp is hanging from a 12 foot high ceiling on my porch. It fits quite nicely. The 3 lamp holders cast plenty of light up that reflects off ot the ceiling. The lamp shade gives a beautiful amber glow. It was easy to install. This lamp is perfect for a large space.

I loved this so much that when I moved I bought another. Really pretty piece.

it is a very nice lamp. Only problem we had was the bars handing down it is hard to tighten them. When you hook them at the top and in the base you need to unscrew the bars and then when you try to tighthen them it unscrews the other side. It took both my husband and I to tightend the bars down. They don't stay put , just slide around. Still not real happy at them, but the lamp looks great over our table. Gives the room a lot more class than the older chandler we had.
