this is like having 2 lamps. It comes to life and pops when on, and soft elegance off. The shade is 3D - an unexpected beauty.

I'm not sure if the lamp is really worth $600 somewhere, but for this price it's a good deal. The base is tall, so be aware that in low seating arrangements, you may be seeing the lightbulbs. (We do, so we put in 25 watt bulbs, which is a very nice ambience but not for reading.) The shade is absolutely gorgeous! But when I lifted it out of the packaging, it actually moved in my hands. I don't know if this is because of the 3-D design or the wormanship? The predominant shade colors are jungle-like. The top is greens/bluish-greens. This cascades into warmer greens/yellows/oranges/reds/deep reds. The 3D bottom and side edges are a pickled purple color. In all, it's a striking shade, and we are very pleased with it. The stand/base is like all lamps of this caliber (i.e. tiffany knockoffs). It's functional. But people look at the shades not the bases, right?

These lamps are a piece of artwork! I have two in my living room and everyone raves about them! A great value for the price.

I took a long time looking just for the right lamps. One that would pop out at you. The lamps are very beautiful. The lamps didn't take long to arrive once i ordered them, perhaps 7 days. I would recommend this site. Again they are so beautiful, great detailing. And and a great addition to my home.

I liked the lamp so much that I ordered a second. The colors go great with my black cherry leather furniture. You can't find a lamp like this for the price!

When lit the colors on this lamp are a gorgeous combination. I now have bought 5 tiffany lamps through Overstock and I love each one the most. When lit the the yellow, green, blue, and red flow beautifully inbetween the purple 3-D sides and bottom. The entire effect of the shade is lovely. The base on this is a good weight too. One of the socket covers was missing on this and Overstock shipped it immediately to me and I put it on with no effort. This lamp is an excellent companion to the 3D wave torchiere floor lamp. There is just enough difference to make it unique, but the compliment is stunning.

Poor crafmanship - Not well finished or polished. Lead already coming off the lamp. From distance the product looks great but closely it looks horrible due to poor craftmanship. It will be returned to Overstock sometimes this week for it did not meet my expectations. Though I bought another lamp from Overstock, I am keeping it for the finish product looks great from close up and distance. It was also well polished inside/out.

This lamp is gorgeous when the lights are on! The colors really pop and the 3-D effect is outstanding. Simple to put together -- takes about 5 minutes or less. Great value and great lamp!

The lamp is very nice .the only thing,there is not as much purple/blue color in the raised part of the shade as shown in the display photo.The lamp is still a keeper though.I recieved the lamp within the 10 days.

This is on of those items that essentially looks exactly like the photo online, but has some quirks once you see it up close.After shopping around at local stores and online, I decided to purchase a pair of these lamps for our bedside tables. The design is really awesome, the 3D pops and makes it much more interesting to look at when lit. They are the perfect height for reading, and have a very chunky base.However, the soldering/joints around the glass are made from a rubbery material -- as opposed to hardened solder that you find in tiffany-style lamps at stores. End result, when they first arrived and I took the shades out of the box I was surprised to feel them "bend" and be rather squishy. Up close, the joins of the glass pieces do look sloppy -- but from afar it is not noticeable. One last note, the cord pulls are actually just black plastic.Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the craftmanship and quality -- but this detailed a design would cost more than twice as much at a store.

Absolutely an exquisite piece of workmanship. Personally, I switched out the base with another I had to suit each lamp shade better, in my opionion. However, I am very, very pleased with this purchase.

Lamp was delivered quickly in a large packing box and was packed tightly. Lamp base is beautiul, but the lamp shade had few of the pretty purple/violet/reds that are viewable in the picture. (even when illuminated.) Mine had mostly different shades of greens and blues. It just wasn't what I was expecting. Customer service made my return easy. This won't stop me from purchasing more lamps from Overstock.com. It's just the chance you take when ordering something online.

Beautiful. Easy to assemble. Changes with the number of bulbs that you decide to light. Would like to get a standing one to match.

This lamp is much prettier in person than in the picture...it's my second one...beautiful, rich jewel tones cast a lovely ambience to the room...Delivery was quick too...received it in 3 days!!! So pleased with my purchase!!!

A more detailed description of the color would be very useful. This lamp was listed as being purple, but that is not the main color. I really wanted one with mostly purple and green, and this turned out to have more reds than purple.

Just received these lamps (2) yesterday, and I have to say that initially I was shocked at the appearance of the shades. I did not understand the meaning of 3-D in the description. Maybe it's just me -- because no one else made this comment -- but I did not realize the shape of the shade was going to alternate raised, then lowered panels instead of one flat surface. Look closely at the picture. You can see it, but for some reason I didn't notice it before ordering. In any case, I like the style. It was not what I expected, but it grew on me. I ordered these mainly for the colors, and they are gorgeous. The workmanship is just okay, but they are lamps, so they just have to sit there and look pretty, and they do that very well.

This lamp is truly a unique and beautiful piece. This piece is nicer from the point of view that it is beautiful when lit but also when it's not. Many of the tiffany style pieces I've seen only look good when lit. We actually bought 2 of these lamps and both of them had sturdy lamp shades. All in all, it's a great piece for the money. Yes the base can be better quality, but then the price would have to substantially change. Besides, it looks good.

This is a beautiful lamp. I bought it for my mother for Mother's Day and she loves it. The base is elegant and the colors are beautiful. The 3-D effect is striking and a gorgeous violet. I purchased an authentic Tiffany for less than this - not as elaborate - so that is the reason for the less-than-perfect score for value. The workmanship is good. Easy to put together.
