looks like cheap plastic. The ornamental metal leaves around it bend too easily. It has a rubber coating over the "weld" of the glass. Already assembled. I would have returned it except shipping would have cost half as much as the item did. I bought it to be an anniversary gift for my parents 52nd, but am Very disappointed. Got what I paid for. a fake Tiffany.

Absolutely gorgeous. It was placed over an accent window in one of the guest bedrooms, and as the light shines through it provides a beautiful glow and amazing color. It is rahter heavy, so it needs to be secured to something sturdy.
Nice and heavy quality construction. The only reason appearace is a four star rather than a five is that the dominat color is yellow and we thought it would be red. Keep that in mind. It hangs from a single hook and maybe two hooks would allow for a bit less concern for movement if bumped or due to wind.
This is the third Tiffany style purchase form Overstock and they have all exceeded our expectations. Folks eyes really take notice of each of them. Consider buying more than one and the pattern can really set a relaxed yet classy mood. Great for jazz, conversation and wine.

In reciving this item, it looks good in righ colors. The frame is very sturdy. I had one flaw with mine. HANDLE THIS PRODUCT WITH TENDER LOVING CARE. Just from the movement of the panel, I had one of the edge glass peices fall out, as it came loose from the weld that holds the glass peices together. No just putting it back in place. I had to glue mine back. I could have returned it, I know for a refund or replacement, but FOR THE PRICE of this panel, I was satisified to fix it myself. Still well worth the price of this panel with the beautiful fame. I'M SATISIFIED. Buy if you like---I'm sure you can have yours replaced if you have problems.
When I saw the item on the Overstock web page, I fell in love with it. I received the item in a carefully packed box. Just to let you know, with the iron, the panel is heavy and will require at least two large hooks. Black link chain was included in the box for hanging. The panel was exactly as described. Very beautiful when the morning sunlight hits it. Exceptional quality.
