We used this light over the pool table. It looks great, especially for the price paid. The only negative would be the amount of light it gives; however, we haven't used the highest wattage bulb allowed yet to see the difference.

I bought this to go above the island in our kitchen, and also the matching pendant lights for the bar. They look great together- color and design is exactly as pictured. We had them professionally installed (require hard-wiring) so I can't vouch for the level of difficulty, but the electrician didn't make any complaints. My only complaint is that the lampshades are actually plastic, not glass, so up close they don't look as high quality as I would like. For the price though, it is a good purchase!

We received the light within a few days of placing the order. It arrived undamaged. Installation was not difficult, however, the ceiling cap has a tendancy to turn, and with it, the light from the position wanted. The most difficult part of the installation was opening the chains to remove unwanted links. It goes perfectly with our decor and hangs nicely over our kitchen island. It goes well with another style tiffany light in our adjoining dining area, and matches exactly the pendant light we also purchased from Overstock made by another manufacturer. The light given off is good, particularly with two 150 watt bulbs. You just need to make sure that the light is hung high enough to cast light where it is needed. The quality is excellent and we are very satisfied.

Once again, our purchase from Overstock.com proves to be an incredible value and the most convenient way to shop! Wanting just the right quality accent lighting at just the right price, we immediately shopped at O. The descriptions and photos didn't depict the actual beauty, quality workmanship and casual elegance of this island light (nor the matching pendant lights which we also purchased). Our kitchen has been rejuvenated and there is plenty of light now so my eyes aren't strained. It helps that my husband is an electrician and was able to install them himself.
