Pleasantly surprised
This lamp is absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous! The cabochon accents really add depth to the design. The colors were not quite what I was expecting from the photo, but it definitely works. The base is sturdy solid. The background is a creamy gold. The main design is glass with swirls of gold, amber, orange & red contrasted with yellow/green, green, brown & violet. the cabochons are clear, amber and red. The lamp has a chameleon-type quality that would probably make it look good in many decors due to the mixing of colors in the swirled glass. The overall look reminds me of the elegance of the stained glass designs in old churches. I highly recommend this product. Excellent quality and excellent value.

Buyer Beware!
First, i must say that this is my first time writing a negative review. I have been a regular customer of Overstock for a long time and intend to continue to be one. I absolutely love this lamp and the shade is beautifully crafted, but don't trust the color representation in the description. What appear to be mostly golden pieces of glass are mostly green on the lamp I received. I realize that these are individually crafted and am willing to accept the color change since it still matches the colors of my room. HOWEVER, please be warned that when the description lists the base as being "metal" - perhaps the pieces holding the shade are metal, but the base of the lamp is NOT metal". I was cleaning the lamp the other day and the base accidentally fell from my hands onto the carpet. To my shock & dismay, one of the fluted ridges of the base simply cracked through and through. Pieces of the "finish" cracked off to reveal some kind of foam. If I had not installed the adhesive felt on the bottom of the base, it would have completely come off, but now I have a cracked base held together by a felt bottom. I will try to glue it together, BUT am very disappointed that it is not metal. It appears to be some kind of dense foam. This is the first time I have had a negative experience with an Overstock order, and will not hold this defective product against them - just BUYER BEWARE on this lamp!

Arielle Table Lamp great buy
I bought this based on other reviews and love it. It glows beautifully. Copper foil stained glass is tricky to do and this is well done. No big gaps filled with solder. Packing and assembly were the best. If I had more space, I would buy more.

Tiffany Style Lamp
Very nice, the true beauty of the shade is very pretty when lit up. You can corporate so many colors in the room that you use it in; because of the multiple colors in the shade. I also like the fact that you can use the chains or the clicker switch to turn it off and on. Another nice additional feature, you can turn one light bulb on or both light bulbs. Also has substance to the weight of the lamp, is not flimsy. I really am enjoying my new lamp.

Lovely Accent for the price!
I bought this lamp on a whim after seeing it on the front page and offered at a sale price. After reading the numerous reviews about how lovely it was, I decided to purchase this lamp as it would soften the family room with the many colors in the shade. I was thrilled when I received it all packed up extremely well and easy to assemble- just screw on the shade to the stem after lifting out of the box. The lamp was like lighting up a Christmas tree! It glowed with all the soft subtle colors forrtold by others in their reviews. Off, it looks nice in the room, but when it is switched on- WOW! It is stunning and easily the focal point for the room:) It would easily go with many decors. It is a beautiful accent and I could not have want for more:) Thanks for another lovely item Overstock:)

This is a beautiful table lamp.
I love this lamp. I wish the base and stem were a little lighter in color, but the dark brown (or maybe black) does not detract from it at all. The only thing is that the lamp shade itself seems a little darker than I had expected. Maybe if I used a higher wattage bulb, it would seem lighter, but I don't want to use a high wattage bulb in it. Nevertheless, overall the lamp is just what I wanted and the colors blend nicely with my living room.
