This is a perfect lamp for a computer desk. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is cosmetic. The butterfly on mine has one yellow wing, the rest being a blue/green color, more green than blue. I'm still very happy with the lamp, also, have had several compliments on it. It gives plenty of light and the tilt feature is nice also. I've ordered several tiffney style lamps from Overstock and have always been very pleased. This little lamp would also make a good gift.

I ordered the butterfly desk lamp for myself last year and have loved it so much that I ordered one a few weeks ago for my best friend. It's the perfect size for an office desk.

The picture doesn't give an accurate view of the beautiful colors in the lamp. I was very impressed with the lamp. I am using it beside my computer for extra light when online at night. The only drawback is I am unable to adjust the glass portion of the lamp so it is even on the pedastal. The lightbulb reflects onto my television screen and is annoying.

The colors in the lamp are beautiful, however, the base of the lamp had some nicks in the paint. Overall, I am very pleased with the lamp and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful! It is a perfect size for what I wanted. I placed it on top of my china cabinet. The suttle light shines through and the flowers are clearly visible.

This product is very pretty & looks great in person. The butterfly is beautiful as well as all the other stained glass. I purchased the lamp as a Christmas gift and the recipient was very happy when she opened the box. However, when it initially arrived at our house, I was a bit disappointed because there was a picture of the lamp on the outside of the box and the person I bought it for was the one that answered the door. She could have very easily seen that picture. I would recommend this lamp to everyone!

Like a couple other reviewers have mentioned, the "field goal" shaped bar that holds the shade in place was soldered on crooked. No way to straighten it and quite visible to the naked eye. I am returning this lamp. It was beautiful otherwise and I might try and get a replacement to see if I can score a straight one.

I received the lamp a few days ago and really like it. Yes the colors are a little different from what you see on the web page but it's still a beautiful lamp. I haven't given it to my girlfriend yet but I'm sure she'll love it as well. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product.

This is a really nice little lamp. A nice surprise was it has an in-line switch as well as a socket switch. A not so nice surprise is the variation in color. From the photo I expected it to be all earth tones. Flowers are amethyst and the butterfly is an aqua color - very bright aqua when the lamp is lit. I thought the butterfly would be gold.Don't expect the the rounded ends to be amber, they are more beige and gold. The lamp is well made and still pretty though. I haven;t decided if I will keep it, that aqua really doesn't compliment my decor.

I love the lamp! The tiffany style with the beautiful blue butterfly suits me to a T. There was virtually no assembly on mine, so assembly could not be easier. My first purchase from you but, definately not the last.

I received this lamp very quickly, it was packaged well with no damage. As with every online purchase, depending upon your computer monitor, the colors are varied. However I like them. In general I am very pleased with this purchase.

I seldom write a review however this was worth the trouble. The lamp is very nice. It has not been off since it got to my door. Heavy, beautiful colors and a great addition to my kitchen. I had been shopping online and in stores and the lamps I started to buy at twice the price and more were not nearly as pretty.

We were so surprised how quickly this was on our doorstep. We like the lamp. Has two ways to turn on and off. 60w bulb is hard to find in a small lamp. It has a nice balance to it. Good desk height. No glare from the bulb, but plenty of light to work at desk and computer. The butterfly is blue

SPEEDY ARRIVAL SO VERY HAPPY WITH IT PERFECT ON MY DESK I WAS CONCERNED IF IT WOULD GIVE ME PLENTY OF LIGHT AND IT IS PERFECT. REAL GLASS I REALLY QUESTIONED IT AS I READ A FEW DID. I ALSO BOUGHT A DIFFERENT ONE VERY VERY LG. VERY VERY PRETTY THE GLOBE BENEATH THE VERY VERY LG. SHADE IS KNOCK DOWN GORGEOUS IT IS CERAMIC BUT I KNEW THIS. I ALSO BOUGHT ANOTHER TIFFANY LAMP THIS ONE. WHEN I THUMPED IT WITH MY NAIL SOUNDED LIKE A HEAVY PLASTIC AS THEY ALL DO AND DOES LOOK LIKE GLASS. AFTER THE FACT OF GETTING ONES FROM O.STOCK I DECIDED TO DO SOME RESEARCH ON A WEB SITE. THE NEWER TIFFANY LAMPS ARE MASS PRODUCED A TAKE OFF FROM THE ORIGINAL ONES. THE NEWER ONES ARE GLASS!!!!! THEY COPPER FOIL WRAP THEM AS WAS STATED IN ALL THAT I BOUGHT AND FORGET WHAT ELSE THE PROCESS IS. I FEEL BETTER ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS PLASTIC EVEN THO IF THEY WERE NOT I WOULD HAVE KEPT ALL OF THEM SO GORGEOUS AND GOOD VALUE I DO NOT THINK YOU CAN GO WRONG. VERY DARK THO WHEN BULB IS NOT LIT GOING TO TRY A DIMMER SWITCH AS 1 OTHER SUGGESTED SO CAN HAVE ON DURING THE DAY SO IT WILL LOOK PRETTY.

I bought this lamp to go on my desk, but when I saw how pretty it looked, I decided to use it in the kitchen. Everyone that sees it comments on how pretty it looks. I like the fact that the lampshade can be moved up or down to allow the light to be directed in different areas of the counter. It was well worth the money.

I bought this lamp for my sister. I read the reviews posted for this item before I purchased it. I'm glad I did because they were helpful. The color of the butterfly is blue, like everyone said. For the price it's really a pretty lamp. It was exactly what my sister wanted. She loves it.
