I bought this piece knowing that I would only use it for a couple years before buying a nice solid wood armoire. This thing was extremely heavy and made (of course) of pressed wood. I would only reccomend this piece of furniture if you need something just for the time being. I doubt it would survive moving. It has just the cardboard wood-like backing and definately needed two people to put together. It took us about 2 hours total and we both had power screwdrivers. It looks pretty nice, has a nice thick top. The drawers and doors dont fit together perfectly, there are little gaps and the doors dont close all the way unless you really wiggle at it. Its just too loose and too tight in different areas. I promise we tightened everything well and took our time with it. Without the drawers in it, its very very wobbly. Also**** The packing job was done poorly. There were nicks and scratches already on it when it was delivered. I was too lazy to return it though because the boxes were so heavy. I just put it together anyway and dealt with it. With most solid wood armoires in the stores being about 1200 dollars, this was an 'ok' purchase. You get what you pay for, even though this seemed a little pricey for the quality.

My Items were delivered relatively fast, but when it came to putting together the funiture, some of the pieces didn't fit. But overall I am satified with my purchase.

Very good, very nice. Everything fit nicely. For final best looking we put the polyurethane coating on top of all surfaces. Overall I will rate it very good. I would give it 5 stars if there are no scratches (some minor that could be touched up). Packing is very good with double boxes and firms. One note on the installation is you better assemble all the drawers first that way you will not mix up the screws and try to assemble pieces on a flat floor. For the price, it is very good. (It?s all pressured wood)

I recently purchased this product from Overstock. It was very hard to assemble, as many of the parts easily chipped while we were putting it together. After taking 3 hours to assemble it, the drawers were clearly uneven and there are already at least 5 chips and dents in it just from trying to get it together. While it does hold a lot of clothing, it was not worth the amount of money it's listed for.
