I bought this to use for a 36" LCD. It fit it fine. It's sturdy and secure. I found it easy to put together. Some parts are joined using wooden dowels and glue. My glue package arrived ruptured so I had to use my own glue. Also the plastic CD holder was broken too but I never planned on using it anyway. One thing that did bother me is that the shelves aren't very wide. My DVD player didn't fit on them. Also I have comcast cable box with DVR and it wouldn't fit on a shelf either. A standard cable box will fit but not the comcast DVR box. It's about a half inch too wide. The shelves are about 15 1/2" so measure before you buy this thing. I was planning on using it in my den but since my DVD player or DVR cable box wouldn't fit I used it in a bedroom. Also there are no holes cut in the back of the self walls to run cords through so you will have to cut your own if you want a clean look.

I ordered this for my bedroom television. The pieces were too heavy so I had to get my husband's help. It took us 2 days to assemble it because we wanted to make certaint the pieces had settled with the glue to ensure security and strength. However, when we completed the task, I was so proud!! I'm STILL LOVING IT!!

The big shelf is something of a waster of space. I put a large sub woofer in it. With all the components I have, I'd have liked another shelf. However of the ones available at the price, it had the most shelves. Otherwise, it's great. Assembled easily.

We needed something small for our new 32" that would be close to the wall and this workd great. Great for a bedroom or othersmall space.

Easy to assemble (took an hour with friend's help), sturdy piece of furniture. Hold both flat screen TV and stereo system (bottom shelf) I only wish there were more options for shelf height, top one is too narrow for anything but some small things, middle one is slightly more than a width of a DVD. Color is more brown than red

I am pleased with the quality, ease of assembly, and the promptness of shipping. However, the width of the shelves for items such as converter box, DVD/tape player are only 15-1/2" wide. This is too narrow for my converter box & DVD player.

Good height for bedroom TV. I used casters I bought separately (about $4 a pair) instead of the legs that came with the TV stand. It make it a lot easier to move around for cleaning and make connections in the back.

Based on the other reviews, I thought this would be a higher quality product. It is all particleboard covered in paper veneer. Looks very cheap. Compartments for components are way too narrow for my cable box and TIVo, and so are useless. Overall, a great disappointment--not the quality I expected from Overstock. If I hadn't thrown away the packaging, this would be going back.

Product was easy to put together and well made but the shelfs are narrow and could not use the VCR/DVD player, had to get a DVD only player

Perfect size for my bedroom, looks good. Took me a little while to assemble, but I am very pleased with it.

We love our new Tv stand. It is the perfect hight for in the bedroom. Directions are pictures only, so they were challenging. But overall, we are very satisfied and would recommend this.

great deal for the money. very good deal if you are looking for something pretty basic. i used this in my bedroom & put it together all by myself. very sturdy & Overstock shipped it pretty fast....as usual! Looks great!

This cart was just what I was looking for the right size and height it did not have any written instructions just a diagram which was ok as long as you keep the pieces in order it took about 2 hours by me being left hand i have to reverse everything

Previously had the TV on one of those inexpensive round tables with a tablecloth, it was a bit wabbly so I decided to visit the O and find a real stand. This one was priced right and I was very pleased when it arrived. The color was a perfect match to my other furniture in the room.......and although it is not "hard wood" it looks terrific. The stand assembled with very few sighs of frustration and is sturdy. Plus it easily accomodates the DVD player, 20 discs, Tivo and even some books. This is well worth the price.......another excellent Overstock find !! Stop reading and BUY IT !!

This was a real pain to assemble; definitely a two person job. It is obviously not solid wood and the particle board did not hold up well during the assembly process. That said, once we finally got it assembled, it is solid and looks nice.
