Was Skeptical
I was so worried about buying furniture on line - I couldn't sit on it, feel the quality, see the color, etc. My husband thought I was crazy buying a couch on line for these reasons as well. I have been looking for a cream colored leather set that was more modern and streamlined; I've looked at over ten furniture stores for what I was looking for and could only find the standard poofy set. Approximately two weeks after ordering, it arrived; the delivery guys carried them to my living room, unpacked the items and assembled the legs. This set is high quality and so beautiful - even my husband liked it! Color is like the picture and it is comfortable. I couldn't be happier! I also used Overstock.com live chat while attempting to track the delivery - what a great service option - immediate feedback. I buy a lot on line, but this is my first purchase of major furniture pieces. I really rely on the feedback for items, so wanted to let perspective buyers know this is a great product and buying experience overall!

Waffled over this set for a month. After reviewing prices in the local stores and quality I decided to take the plunge. The quality is phenomenal and the customer service through overstock is first rate. I'm a stickler for reviews and read everyone related to this furniture. Not bad!!!
The set arrived six week after it was ordered. When it arrived the chair was damaged and the delivery people could not put the legs on the love seat and sofa. I had to returned them all. They looked and felt very good. I was told that they will fix the sofas and redeliver it but I paid for brand new set and told them that I rather have my money back. The customer service is really good if you have any concern regarding the item you bought online. Make sure to check your merchandise at the time of delivery.
