Though not the usual tie-dye I expect from India, this canopy is WONDERFUL. Somewhat softer in color than shown in the photo, it has both a calming and a refreshing effect at the same time. Whenever I look up and see it there, like my blue sky with little white clouds or stars, I feel AAHH-H-H-H. Sort of blissfully happy. I'm very glad that I got it.

I bought this for my daughter's new grown-up room, and she is thrilled. I wasn't keen on just tacking it to the ceiling, so i bought a couple of dowel rods and some chain and hooks. the whole look is very exotic and pleases the both of us. At our ages, that's a miracle!
