FOR THE MOST PART I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING FROM OVERSTOCK.COM BUT.... THIS SINK HAD A SMALL DENT (UNFORTUNATELY IN THE FRONT TOP CORNER ) ALSO THE DETAILS OF PRODUCT STATE "ONE REGULAR STRAINER AND ONE BASKET STRAINER" i RECEIVED TWO BASKET STRAINERS THEY HAVE AS STATED ON PACKAGING" PLASTIC BODY WITH STAINLESS STEEL TOP." I EXPECTED SOLID HEAVY DUTY METAL NOT PLASTIC AND LIGHTER WEIGHT STRAINER TOP. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY NICE WHEN I CALLED AND RESOLVED THE SITUATION.
